TUESDAY, APRIL 16 | 7:07 P.M

JACKIE ROBINSON DAY: On April 15, 1947, Jackie Robinson broke MLB’s color barrier with his historic debut. This year also marks the centennial of Robinson’s birth - Jan. 31, 1919. To commemorate the day, all players, coaches, umpires, and on-field personnel will wear Robinson’s iconic ‘42.’ The A’s will host local athletes from Oakland Cal Ripken Babe Ruth Baseball League, Skyline High School, and McClymonds High School to participate in an on-field cap exchange with A’s players and alumni before the game.

FREE PARKING TUESDAY: All fans will enjoy free parking on April 16 and April 23.

SENSORY ROOM: As part of National Autism Awareness Month, the A’s will unveil a Sensory Room at the Coliseum. The quiet space at Suite 90 caters to fans of all ages with autism, Down syndrome, PTSD, and similar conditions that can find comfort from a soothing atmosphere. The space will include “sensory bags” with noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, and other calming mechanisms.

DIAGEO SAMPLING: Diageo will sample their Bulleit and Don Julio drinks on The Treehouse plaza for fans 21+. The sampling will begin when ballpark gates open and end when the game begins. Diageo will host additional samplings on April 20 and April 23.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17 | 7:07 P.M.

COLLEGE BOUND DAY: The A’s will honor local high school students who have achieved a certain GPA through the Concerned Parents Alliance’s College Bound Program. The college and career-readiness program focuses on empowering scholars and their families. The day will include a career panel, job shadowing, and on-field recognition for the students.

FRIDAY, APRIL 19 | 7:07 P.M.

PET CALENDAR GIVEAWAY: Early-arriving fans will receive a Pet Calendar presented by AvoDerm Natural & Nylabone.

TECHBRIDGE GIRLS EVENT: Techbridge Girls, a nonprofit that looks to excite, educate, and equip girls from low-income communities by offering STEM programming, will host a STEM Showcase in the Eastside Club before the game.

SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY NIGHT: Fans with a special ticket will receive an A’s/SJSU crew neck sweatshirt.

SATURDAY, APRIL 20 | 1:07 P.M.

MATT CHAPMAN GOLD GLOVE BOBBLEHEAD: Early-arriving fans will receive a Matt Chapman Gold Glove Bobblehead presented by 7UP.

AUTISM AWARENESS DAY: Autism Speaks will be the Nonprofit Partner of the Game behind Section 218.

A’S VOLUNTEER GREEN TEAM: The A’s Volunteer Green Team will collect recyclables around the ballpark during specific inning breaks. Fans can sign up for this and other A’s Volunteer Team events at athletics.com/volunteer.

NATIONAL ANTHEM: Athletes from Granada Little League, participants of the Future A’s program, will join A’s players in front of the home dugout for the national anthem.

BOOK SIGNING: A’s radio broadcaster Ken Korach and San Francisco Chronicle reporter Susan Slusser, co-authors of “If These Walls Could Talk: Stories from the Oakland A’s Dugout, Locker Room, and Press Box,” will host a book signing in The Treehouse from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. There will be an additional signing from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on April 21.

A’S PLAY BALL: The team will host A’s PLAY BALL presented by Bank of America at Greenman Field in Oakland from 10 a.m. to noon. Fans, families, and kids are invited to join us for family-friendly baseball and softball activities, ncluding pick-up style baseball games, skill stations, and more.

SUNDAY, APRIL 21 | 1:07 P.M.

COCO CRISP RADIO DEBUT: Coco Crisp will make his A’s radio broadcast debut. Crisp will join the radio booth for 33 games throughout the 2019 season.

TAKE THE FIELD: Athletes from Ashland Little League, participants of the Future A’s program, will take the field with A’s players for the national anthem.

SPRING ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS: Kids can meet the Easter Bunny and enjoy spring activities in the A’s Stomping Ground.

SILENT AUCTION: The Oakland A’s Community Fund will host a silent auction behind Section 120 until the end of the third inning. Fans can bid on A’s items, including game-used and autographed memorabilia.

RACE AROUND THE BASES: Children ages 14 and younger are invited onto the field following the game to run the bases while Stomper cheers them on.

MONDAY, APRIL 22 | 7:07 P.M.

ENERGY UPGRADE CALIFORNIA DAY: In celebration of Earth Day, the A’s will feature baseball’s most energy efficient national anthem, brought to you by Energy Upgrade California. The team will reduce ballpark energy by not using video screens, LED boards, or microphones during the national anthem, and instead encouraging fans to sing together.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24 | 12:37 P.M.

SCIENCE OF BASEBALL EDUCATION DAY: The A’s have partnered with Chevron and Science of Sport to host a Science of Baseball Education Day. Nearly 3,500 local elementary school students will attend the pregame educational program, participate in interactive STEM activities, and attend the A’s game.
