Thursday, April 9 vs. Colorado Rockies @ 6:40 p.m.

The Padres return home from their first road trip of the 2026 season to start their second homestand of the regular season. The seven-game homestand begins Thursday with the visiting Colorado Rockies. With large crowds anticipated, fans are encouraged to arrive early and consider utilizing the Trolley, COASTER or ride share to America’s #1 Ballpark.

The Padres will announce the all-new City Connect uniforms on Thursday morning. Fans can purchase City Connect hats, apparel, and other merchandise at the Padres New Era Team Store beginning at 8:00 a.m. Merchandise will also be available for purchase throughout Petco Park once gates open to ticketed fans, including the Team Store located in Gallagher Square. Thursday is highlighted by the Manny’s Hot Corner Bobblehead presented by McDonald’s. The bobbleheads are available to the first 40,000 fans in attendance, while supplies last. With a strong turnout expected, fans are encouraged to arrive early as this giveaway is subject to availability.

Season Ticket Members are encouraged to arrive early on Thursday to watch the Padres take batting practice prior to the game. Members can enter through East Village Gate as early as 3:00 p.m., with select Members receiving a credential to sit in designated seating closer to the field. Custom Rawlings baseballs with golden stitches will be mixed in during Padres batting practice, and the lucky fans who catch or retrieve the golden balls will be able to redeem them for a replica Padres jersey of their choice at the Padres Team Store.

Prior to the game, Manny Machado will be presented with his 2025 Silver Slugger Award.

Friday, April 10 vs. Colorado Rockies @ 6:40 p.m.

City Connect Fridays return as the Padres will debut their Nike San Diego City Connect 2.0 jersey on the field Friday. The team will wear the new City Connect uniform every Friday night at home throughout the 2026 season. The Padres New Era Team Store will have extended hours on Friday and open at 8:00 a.m. for fans to shop the newest merchandise.

In celebration of the historic on-field debut of the new City Connect uniforms, fans are encouraged to arrive even earlier to Gallagher Square for Party in the Park, presented by Southwest Airlines. All ticketed fans may enter the Balboa Gate, East Village Gate and Gaslamp Gate beginning at 3:30 p.m. to enjoy drink specials starting at $5, various themed-activations and photo opportunities, interactive experiences, and merchandise for sale.

The Padres will host Theme Game: Lowrider Night, including a bobblehead that features Jeremiah Estrada in a slick lowrider. (THEME GAME PACKAGE SOLD OUT)

Saturday, April 11 vs. Colorado Rockies @ 5:40 p.m.

Saturday’s are the best night of the week for Padres baseball, as there’s something for everyone! Arrive early to Gallagher Square for pregame Nova Kombucha drink specials and live music from the time gates open to first pitch.

To recognize and honor our Armed Forces, the Padres have partnered with USAA to bring the Military Appreciation Zone to Petco Park before every Saturday and Sunday home game. Active-duty service members, veterans and their families, and USAA Members are invited to the USAA Military Appreciation Zone at the top of the Home Plate Gate stairs near Section 100 from 3:30-5:40 p.m. pre-game to enjoy food and drink specials starting at $5.

Sunday, April 12 vs. Colorado Rockies @ 1:10 p.m.

The Military Appreciation Zone returns Sunday at the top of the Home Plate Gate stairs from 11:00 a.m.-1:10 p.m.

Military Opening Day presented by USAA features a baseline ceremony with 25 representatives from the United States Marine Corps and United States Navy, Military Takes the Field with Padres starters, and a flyover from two MH60 “Romeo” Seahawk Helicopters from Helicopter Marine Strike Squadron 49.

KidsFest presented by Nuna is back at Gallagher Square with activities, including:

  • The Nuna playground, bounce houses and other inflatables, games, face painters, balloon artists and more kid-friendly activities are available prior to every Sunday home game.
  • Following the game, kids 14 and under are invited to run the bases presented by Chick-fil-A. Kids and their families can begin lining up following the conclusion of the eighth inning at the top of the ramp leading to the Craft Pier presented by Ballast Point on K Street.

Monday, April 13

The team will an enjoy an off day on Monday before beginning their final series of the homestand when the Seattle Mariners come to town.

Tuesday, April 14 vs. Seattle Mariners @ 6:40 p.m.

The Padres will celebrate Vietnamese Heritage Night on Tuesday with a dedicated Theme Game package (THEME GAME PACKAGE SOLD OUT).

Ahead of Jackie Robinson Day on April 15, to honor the life and legacy of Robinson and the Padres-own Johnny Ritchey – who broke the color barrier in the Pacific Coast League for the minor league Padres in 1948 – the Padres will host the fifth annual Breaking Barriers Forum prior to Tuesday’s game. Breaking Barriers is an educational panel that will feature three panelists sharing their experiences about overcoming life’s obstacles in front of an audience of students from E3 High School.

  • This year’s Forum will feature Padres pitcher Mason Miller, Paralympic swimmer, runner and triathlete Rudy Garcia-Tolson and Paralympic and Paris 2024 Bronze Medalist Beatriz Hatz as panelists and moderated by Padres sideline reporter Mariluz Cook.

Wednesday, April 15 vs. Seattle Mariners @ 6:40 p.m.

Wednesday is highlighted by the Puffer Vest presented by State Farm. The vests come in sizes Adult Small, Medium, Large, XL and XXL and are available to the first 40,000 fans in attendance. This item will be distributed on a first-come, first serve basis and sizes are not guaranteed. With a strong turnout expected, fans are encouraged to arrive early as this giveaway is subject to availability.

To commemorate the 79th anniversary of Jackie Robinson breaking MLB’s color barrier, players, managers and coaches across MLB will celebrate Jackie Robinson Day by wearing his No. 42.

During Tuesday’s pregame ceremony, the Padres and the California Masons Foundation and Reality Changers will present 10 Johnny Ritchey Breaking Barriers Scholarships valued at $10,000 each to local high school seniors who have overcome obstacles in their young lives in their pursuit of higher education.
