Haseley, Glogoski and Bohm earn organizational honors for May

Phillies outfielder Adam Haseley, Lakewood right-hander Kyle Glogoski and Clearwater infielder Alec Bohm have been named Phillies Minor League Hitter, Pitcher and Defender of the Month, respectively, for May.

Haseley, who collected his first major league hit and RBI yesterday at San Diego, posted a .330/.402/.570 slash line in May, going 33-for-100 with seven doubles, one triple, five home runs, 15 RBI, 19 runs, 11 walks and three stolen bases over 27 combined games for double-A Reading and triple-A Lehigh Valley.The 23-year-old reached base safely in 22 of his 24 games with Reading last month before being promoted to Lehigh Valley in late May. The left-handed hitter collected three hits in his triple-A debut on May 29. A Florida native, Haseley was selected by the Phillies in the first round (No. 8 overall) of the June 2017 draft out of the University of Virginia.

Glogoski, 20, went 3-1 with a 0.96 ERA (2 ER, 18.2 IP) and 33 strikeouts in his six games (one start) during May.He also posted a 0.75 WHIP and held opponents to a .123 batting average last month. The right-hander, who was recently named a South Atlantic League All-Star, struck out 11 of the 17 batters he faced on May 25 against Kannapolis.He is averaging 14.83 SO/9.0 IP (39 SO, 23.2 IP) this season. A New Zealand native, Glogoski was signed by the Phillies as an amateur free agent in January 2018.

Bohm did not commit an error in 88 total chances combined at third base (15 starts) and first base (five starts) last month. He had 30 assists and 58 putouts combined at the corner infield positions, helping turn six double plays. The 22-year-old was selected by the Phillies in the first round (No. 3 overall) of the June 2018 draft out of Wichita State University (KS).
