The Pittsburgh Pirates today placed catcher Jacob Stallings on the 10-day injured list (retro to April 18) with a cervical neck strain.

To take Stallings’ place on the 25-man active roster, catcher Elias Díaz has been returned from his rehab assignment and reinstated from the 10-day injured list (virus).
