Blue Jays roster moves

The Toronto Blue Jays have made the following roster moves:

• 3B Matt Chapman has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a right middle finger sprain
• INF Ernie Clement has been recalled from Triple-A Buffalo and will be active for tonight’s game
