Brewers to make three selections on first day of 2022 First-Year Player Draft

Milwaukee Holds 27th, 63rd and 72nd Overall Selections to Open 2022 First-Year Player Draft

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Brewers will make three selections on the first day of the 2022 First-Year Player Draft, which begins Sunday, July 17 at 6 p.m. CT at Xbox Plaza at L.A. Live in Los Angeles.
 
Broadcast live on MLB Network and ESPN, the first day of the 2022 First-Year Player Draft includes the first and second rounds, as well as Competitive Balance rounds A and B and compensatory pick rounds. The Brewers hold the 27th (first round), 63rd (second round) and 72nd (Competitive Balance Round B) selections on Sunday.   
 
Representing the Brewers at Xbox Plaza at L.A. Live for the first day of the 2022 First-Year Player Draft will be Assistant – Player Development Rickie Weeks.
 
The 2022 First-Year Player Draft resumes on MLB.com on Monday, July 18 at 1 p.m. CT with rounds 3-10. Rounds 11-20 be held Tuesday, July 19 starting at 1 p.m. CT on MLB.com.
