Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto has received a two-game suspension and an undisclosed fine for his aggressive actions in the top of the first inning of Saturday’s game against the San Diego Padres at Petco Park in San Diego. Michael Hill, Major League Baseball’s Senior Vice President for On-Field Operations, made the announcement.
