HOUSTON, Texas – The Astros announce Sherwin-Williams as the Official Paint Partner of the Houston Astros.

Sherwin-Williams has been involved in impactful paint projects at Minute Maid Park, including the Structural Steel Paint Project and painting around the stadium.

"For more than 150 years, Sherwin-Williams has taken pride in supporting renovations and projects from homes to communities. We are honored that our innovative coatings are a part of such an important landmark for local sports fans."

Sherwin-Williams was the original paint used to paint the green steel at Minute Maid Park 22 years ago and recently the Astros began the Structural Steel Paint Project to repaint the steel at the park. Over 11,500 gallons of paint will be used and it will take over four years to complete the repainting project.
