Jays Care Foundation is excited to announce the return of its league-leading 50/50 jackpots in 2021. The season-opening draw will feature a guaranteed $500,000 minimum jackpot and six additional Blue Jays Early Bird prizes, including a 2021 Honda Civic Sport Sedan and exclusive team memorabilia.
Sales for the draw launched today at 10 a.m. ET and will continue through the final game of the season’s first homestand, when the Blue Jays play the New York Yankees on Wednesday, April 14. Last year’s season-opening draw set an MLB record with a jackpot of $1.197 million won by a Blue Jays fan in Lambton Shores, Ontario. New this year, Jays Care is offering five 50/50 Mega Jackpots throughout the season, with proceeds raised through draws supporting kids in specific Jays Care programs. Proceeds from the season’s first draw will support communities as they emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic and safely return to community baseball diamonds.
