This afternoon, the Orioles made the following roster moves:

• Reassigned RHP Evan Phillips to Twin Lakes camp.
• Optioned RHP Mike Baumann, LHP Zac Lowther, RHP Isaac Mattson, and LHP Alexander Wells to Triple-A Norfolk.
• Rule 5 selection RHP Gray Fenter has been returned from the Chicago Cubs. Fenter has been assigned to Major League Spring Training as a Camp Reserve and will report to Twin Lakes camp.
