A four-time NL All-Star (2018-19, 2021-22), Hader has gone 17-17 with 125 saves, a 2.48 ERA (87 ER, 316.1 IP), 0.88 WHIP, .148 opponents AVG and 541 strikeouts in 269 career games. Since making his debut with the Brewers in 2017, he leads all Major League relievers in strikeouts (541), SO/9.0 IP (15.39), WHIP, opponents AVG, OBP (.240) and OPS (.539). He has appeared in 11 postseason games in his career with a 1.88 ERA (3 ER, 14.1 IP), 0.84 WHIP (9 H, 3 BB) and 23 strikeouts. Hader was originally selected by the Baltimore Orioles in the 19th round of the 2012 MLB First-Year Player Draft out of Old Mill High School (Md.). He was subsequently traded to the Houston Astros for Bud Norris on July 13, 2013, then to the Brewers on July 30, 2015 as part of the Carlos Gomez deal.

Hader will wear No. 71.
