Rangers to host Diamondbacks, Mariners, and Angels in nine-game homestand, July 27 to August 5 at Globe Life Field

Arlington, Texas— The Texas Rangers return to Globe Life Field tomorrow, Tuesday, July 27 to begin a nine-game homestand that runs through Thursday, August 5.
The Rangers will open the homestand with quick two-game series against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday, July 27 at 7:05 p.m. and Wednesday, July 28 at 7:05 p.m.
The homestand will resume on Friday, July 30, when the Rangers host the Seattle Mariners. The Rangers and Mariners will face off on Friday, July 30 at 7:05 p.m., Saturday, July 31 at 6:05 p.m., and Sunday, August 1 at 1:35 p.m.
The homestand will conclude with a four-game series versus the Los Angeles Angels. Games will be played on Monday, August 2 at 7:05 p.m., Tuesday, August 3 at 7:05 p.m., Wednesday, August 4 at 7:05 p.m., and Thursday, August 5 at 1:05 p.m.
On Tuesday, July 27, the Texas Rangers are partnering with Bally Sports Southwest to host Dallas Mavericks Night at Globe Life Field. Fans who purchase tickets through texasrangers.com/themenights will be able to pick up a limited-edition Texas Rangers / Dallas Mavericks cap. The Mavericks new head coach Jason Kidd will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at Tuesday’s game.
On Wednesday, July 28, the Texas Rangers are teaming up with Whataburger to host Whataburger Night. Fans who purchase tickets through texasrangers.com/themenights will be able to pick up a limited-edition reversible Texas Rangers / Whataburger bucket hat.
During the two-game series versus the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Rangers are partnering with 105.3 The FAN and Bally Sports Southwest for the Texas Twofer ticket promotion. This weekend, fans can donate to the Texas Rangers Families and Kroger Backpack Boosters school supply kit drive. Look for Kroger employees stationed just inside the TXU Energy North, Comerica Northeast and Toyota Southwest entrances on Friday, July 30, from 5-7:30 p.m. and Saturday, July 31 from, 4-6:30 p.m. Donations will provide school supplies and other essential items to students in need.
On Friday, July 30, the Texas Rangers will partner with Remember Everyone Deployed (R.E.D) and wear red to show solidarity and support for our deployed service members and veterans. All proceeds from Friday’s Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle will be donated to R.E.D.
Also on July 30, the Rangers will celebrate Baylor University Night. Fans who purchase tickets through texasrangers.com/communitynights will be able to pick up a limited-edition Texas Rangers / Baylor University bucket hat. Baylor Alumni and musician, Art Wellborn will perform the National Anthem and members of the 2021 NCAA National Championship Baylor Bears men’s basketball team will be recognized in-game.
During pre-game ceremonies on Saturday, July 31, the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation will honor its 2021 Johnny Oates Scholarship winners, Emma Wong, Donnie Raymond, Moriah Ortiz, Rian Mercado, Susan Edington, and Helena Vazquez, and the four Mark Holtz Sports Broadcasting Scholarship winners. On Sunday, August 1, the 2021 Richard Greene Scholars, Imani Mogaka, Justice Austin, Renee Antwi, Mckenzie Carlin, Kailee Collier, and Tiana Campbell, will be recognized during pre-game ceremonies.
On Wednesday, August 4, when the Rangers take on the Los Angeles Angels, proceeds from the Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle will be donated to the National M.S. Society.
Tickets for the Diamondbacks, Seattle, and Angels series and all 2021 home games can be purchased at texasrangers.com, by calling 972.RANGERS, and at the Globe Life Field box office located at the Southeast entrance of the park. For all home games, the Rangers are making certain locations of Globe Life Field “Distanced Seating” sections, with tickets sold in pods of two and four seats to allow for more space between occupied seats.

- Masks are recommended for all fans except when actively eating or drinking at their ticketed seats. That includes all concourse areas and when entering Globe Life Field.
- Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the ballpark.
- Globe Life Field is cashless. All tickets will be digital and only credit cards are accepted at concession stands and retail locations.
- Safe distancing is encouraged in concession lines and retail locations.
- Outside food is allowed inside of Globe Life Field as long as it is inside a sealed clear gallon sized (or less) plastic bag. Guests may also bring in a sealed non-flavored water (plastic bottle and under 1 liter). One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted. Additional considerations will be made for dietary concerns and infants.
- All bags and purses must be soft sided and not exceed the Major League Baseball bag-size requirements of 16” x 16” x 8” All backpacks are prohibited, except single-compartment drawstring bags. Exceptions are for those bags that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children. All bags are subject to search before entering the ballpark.
