BOSTON, MA—The Boston Red Sox today optioned infielder David Hamilton, infielder/outfielder Ceddanne Rafaela, and left-handed pitcher Brandon Walter to Triple-A Worcester.

With today’s roster moves, the Red Sox have 51 players remaining in Major League Spring Training camp, including 15 non-roster invitees. An updated camp roster is attached.
