BOSTON, MA—Following tonight’s game against the Baltimore Orioles, the Boston Red Sox optioned infielder David Hamilton and infielder/outfielder Romy Gonzalez to Triple-A Worcester.

With tonight’s roster moves, the Red Sox have 40 players remaining in Major League Spring Training camp, including seven non-roster invitees.
