Red Sox sign first-round Draft pick Kyle Teel

BOSTON, MA—The Boston Red Sox have signed 14 players selected in the 2023 MLB First-Year Player Draft, including catcher Kyle Teel, who the club drafted in the first round.

The Red Sox have signed an additional eight players selected in the first 10 rounds of this year’s draft: right-handed pitcher Matt Duffy (4^th round), shortstop Kristian Campbell (4^th round compensation), left-handed pitcher Connelly Early (5^th round), right-handed pitcher CJ Weins (6^th round), outfielder Caden Rose (7^th round), right-handed pitchers Trennor O’Donnell (8^th round) and Blake Wehunt (9^th round), and left-handed pitcher Ryan Ammons (10^th round). 

The Red Sox have also signed right-handed pitchers Max Carlson (12^th round) and Cade Feeney (13^th round), left-handed pitcher Jojo Ingrassia (14^th round), right-handed pitcher Isaac Stebens (16^th round), and left-handed pitcher Zach Fogell (18^th round).

All signees will report to Fort Myers, FL.
