Arlington, Texas — The Texas Rangers (17-19) will host the Chicago Cubs (May 8–10) and Arizona Diamondbacks (May 11–13) during a six-game homestand at Globe Life Field beginning Friday, May 8.\
The Rangers are expected to wear their new Nike City Connect uniforms for the Frost™ Friday series opener against the Cubs (beg. 7:05 p.m. CT). The first 10,000 fans in attendance will receive a Jack Leiter City Connect bobblehead presented by Medical City Healthcare, the second of three City Connect bobbleheads on the club’s 2026 promotional schedule (also Jacob deGrom on June 19).
Fans are invited to celebrate Mother’s Day at Globe Life Field on Sunday, May 10, when the Rangers close out their series against the Cubs (beg. 1:35 p.m. CT). Tickets purchased through rangers.com/themenights will come with a limited-edition Mother’s Day Rangers hat designed by Branded Bills. Additionally, tickets for Sunday Brunch at the Ballpark, which include a reserved seat in a private suite and access to an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet, are available at rangers.com/specials.
The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation will make a donation to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation during a special pre-game presentation. The Rangers are also inviting fans to ‘Pink Out The Park’ and wear pink to Sunday’s game in support of breast cancer awareness. A portion of proceeds from tickets purchased through rangers.com/communitynights will benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Next week’s three-game set against the Arizona Diamondbacks, a rematch of the 2023 World Series, will include a variety of promotional giveaways and specialty nights, beginning with a Rangers Captain Kubota Bobblehead giveaway for the first 10,000 fans in attendance of the series opener on Monday, May 11 (beg. 7:05 p.m. CT).
Fans who purchase tickets to Monday night’s game through rangers.com/heritagenights will also receive a limited-edition Japan Heritage Night Rangers cap presented by the United States-Japan Council. Each game of the Diamondbacks series will also feature additional Theme Night offerings, including a Free & Easy ‘Don’t Trip’ collaboration T-shirt on Monday, a black Power Rangers-Jack Leiter jersey on Tuesday (beg. 7:05 p.m. CT), and a SpongeBob SquarePants-Rangers jersey on Wednesday (beg. 7:05 p.m. CT).
All games of the club’s homestand, excluding the Friday, May 8 contest against the Cubs, will air on Rangers Sports Network presented by Progressive (RSN). Friday’s game against Chicago will be carried over the air on CW33.
