Following today’s game against the Pittsburgh Pirates, the Boston Red Sox optioned infielder Tzu-Wei Lin to Triple-A Pawtucket.

President of Baseball Operations Dave Dombrowski made the announcement.

With these moves, the Red Sox now have 29 players in big league camp, all of whom are on the club’s 40-man roster.
