Rockies and AT&T SportsNet team up for inaugural Rockies Charity Night

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver to be the featured beneficiary through the Rockies Foundation

April 22nd, 2019

The inaugural Rockies Charity Night will take place on Thursday, June 27, with the entire game vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers dedicated to raising money for the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club Foundation and their featured charity, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.

During the television broadcast on AT&T SportsNet, in Coors Field in between innings, through (303) ROCKIES and online at Rockies.com, fans will be given the opportunity to participate in the fundraising by purchasing a Rockies Charity Night Backpack filled with exclusive merchandise and Rockies autographed baseballs.

Rockies players will be signing the baseballs for the backpacks on April 22 and 23 in the Rockies clubhouse. The Rockies players’ wives and girlfriends will also play a key role in Rockies Charity Night, putting the 1,000-plus backpacks together and selling them to fans on June 27 at the Rockies Charity Night area behind home plate on the Main Concourse.

Full details on Rockies Charity Night will be available at the beginning of June, including a dedicated web page and more.
