Fine Scotch whiskey, champagne and cognac, Beats special edition wireless headphones, a Russell Wilson autographed football and custom, autographed Mariners ukulele are among the "favorite things" Seattle Mariners have assembled for the annual fundraiser organized by Mariners Wives to benefit Mariners Care.
The collections include everything from favorite movies and music to wine, snacks and hobbies, as well as a trove of autographed items, many game-used. They will be offered for silent bidding on Friday, August 11, during the Mariners vs. Los Angeles Angels game (gates open at 5:10 p.m.). All the baskets will be on display near Section 128 on the Main Level at Safeco Field. Bids will be accepted through the 6th inning.
In addition to the collections assembled by the wives of players, coaches and General Manager Jerry Dipoto, there are two theme baskets: "11 Things We Love about Edgar," and Mariners 40th Anniversary Ultimate Fan Pack.

Proceeds from the auction will benefit Mariners Care, the team's nonprofit foundation which supports primarily youth-oriented charities and organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest. In partnership with the team's corporate partners, Mariners Care has helped raise over $23 million since 1991.
