The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that two Minor League players have been suspended following their violations of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.
Miami Marlins Minor League outfielder Cameron Baranek, who is currently on the roster of the rookie-level Gulf Coast League Marlins, has received a 50-game suspension without pay after testing positive for the stimulants Dimethylbutylamine (DMBA) and an isomer of Methylhexaneamine (DMAA).
Atlanta Braves Minor League pitcher Madinson Colón, who is currently on the roster of the Club's Dominican Summer League team, has received a 72-game suspension without pay after testing positive for metabolites of Stanozolol, a performance-enhancing substance.
