CHICAGO -- Following today's game vs. Detroit, the Chicago White Sox returned infielder Carlos Sanchez to Class AAA Charlotte.
Sanchez, 24, was recalled prior to today's regularly scheduled game vs. the Tigers as the 26th player. He has appeared in 14 games with the White Sox in 2016, going 5-35 (.143) with two doubles, one RBI and four runs scored. Sanchez is hitting .263 (59-233) with 11 doubles, two triples, eight home runs, 29 RBI, 31 runs scored and 10 steals over 60 games with the Knights this season.
