Yolanda Honeycutt

Yolanda Honeycutt brings a wealth of culinary expertise and leadership to the Jackie Robinson Training Complex. She was previously Chef Manager for Clover Park Mets Stadium in Port St. Lucie, where she gained extensive experience in sports entertainment, overseeing concessions, catering, and team and media dining. In this role, she was responsible for staffing, purchasing and managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations and top-quality service. Yolanda is a Certified Executive Chef with experience at The Beach House Center in Juno Beach, Fla., and formerly served as Executive Chef for Neiman Marcus in Bal Harbour, Fla. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu International. Upon graduation, she entered her chosen field as a Garde Manger Chef at The Ritz Carlton Naples Golf resort and an alumni Chef of Walt Disney World Resort. Yolanda gained comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management across all phases.

Yolanda is a current American Culinary Federation Member Executive Chef. She had the experience of overseeing several properties in Coral Gables (Gastro Pub at Jakes, Inc.), Fla., and Coconut Grove, Fla. (The Cherry on Top, Inc.,) and a catering company as Corporate Chef. Not only does she have a foot in the corporate arena, but she is also an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Personal Chef, providing high-profile clients and celebrities the best food experience possible through taste.
