Mobile Ticket Upgrades
Before you begin, make sure you are applying the upgrade to tickets you have already purchased. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchasing upgrades to an incorrect event.

  1. Select the ‘Astros’ tab in the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap on ‘Upgrades’
  3. Select the event you wish to upgrade

MLB Ballpark App - Mobile Ticket Upgrades
You can easily upgrade your tickets through the MLB Ballpark app. Before you begin, make sure you are applying the upgrade to tickets you have already purchased. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchasing upgrades to an incorrect event.

  1. Log in to the Ballpark app
  2. Select the ‘Astros’ tab in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Tap on ‘Upgrades’
  4. Select the event you wish to upgrade
