Getting Started & Linking Ticketing and Loyalty Accounts

Accessing the MLB Ballpark App

The MLB Ballpark app requires an MLB or a Club.com (ex. Redsox.com) account. If you do not have an existing account, a new account can be created during initial setup.

MLB Ballpark Digital Ticketing

Clubs offer additional digital ticketing features which will allow you to purchase new tickets, present existing tickets at the ballpark for entry and forward ticket inventory to and from individuals directly from the MLB Ballpark App "Wallet" tab. For Clubs or venues that do not support the additional features, the ability to view and present tickets for entry will remain available through the "Wallet" tab.

For additional information on how to setup and use the new MLB Ballpark digital ticketing features, please see the "MLB Ballpark Digital Ticketing" section below.

For any "Wallet," ticketing account, inventory and support inquiries, please contact the Club Box Office for immediate assistance.

Club Loyalty Programs

If you are a member of a participating club's loyalty program, you can associate that program with the MLB Ballpark app by navigating to the team page, and tapping on your team's program module. The location of this module on the team tab differs from club to club.

For Fortress Loyalty Club Members, you can also add a link to your loyalty card in the "Wallet" tab by navigating to the settings section. This can be done by going to the "Today" tab, and clicking on the Settings icon in the top right corner. From there, you'll see a link to "Loyalty Settings". From this screen, you'll be able to add your club-specific loyalty card link by tapping on the correct program name.

If you are signed in with the MLB.com/Club.com account associated with the loyalty program, you will be taken to the program page where you can view your account information, tickets, reward points and stored value (eCash). If linking is unsuccessful, you will be provided with club-specific contact information for assistance. For inquiries about club loyalty program usage, your account, tickets, reward points or stored value (eCash), please review the specific contact information for the club.

On Deck for 2019

Wait, didn't Ballpark used to...

Yes! In order to give you the best app possible, it's going to take time to bring back all of your favorite features. During the 2019 regular season we'll be working to call-up the following features.

My History

You may have noticed your history looks different and your records and stats are missing. We are working to rebuild this feature to better serve all of our fans. Please know your account's history and information remains securely stored and will be restored when available. We look forward to launching our fully redesigned My History section in the early 2019 MLB season.

Historic Check-In

While Official Check In will be back for Opening Day 2019, the MLB Ballpark team will be working to bring back Historic Check-Ins. While a "Historic" Check-In does not unlock any promotions or offers, it will once again allow you to document past events you attended at the ballpark in your My History at any time. You will be able to add a Historic Check In from the My History section at any time for any Regular or Postseason game dating back to 1903.

MLB Ballpark Digital Ticketing

Select Clubs offer additional digital ticketing features which will allow you to purchase new tickets, present owned tickets at the ballpark for entry and forward ticket inventory to and from individuals directly from the MLB Ballpark App "Wallet" tab. For Clubs or venues that do not support the additional features, the ability to view and present tickets for entry will remain available through the "Wallet" and "Today" tab, day of the ticketed event.

Scanning a ticket while at the Ballpark

Quickly access your tickets at the ballpark via the "Today" tab or through the "Wallet" tab. Tapping on a ticket will display a "Scan View" for display at the ballpark. This view will display your event information, seating information, and account information. If you have multiple tickets or parking passes, you can swipe through them in "Scan View" or access them in list view from "Wallet".

Forwarding a Ticket

To forward a ticket, go to the "Wallet" tab and tap on the game for which you have ticket(s) for, to open the ticket list. Please be advised that not all tickets are eligible for forwarding; if not eligible, the option to forward the ticket will not be available.

Note: The ticket can be forwarded via email [via Email] or via link [Share Link]. When Forwarding via Share Link, please be advised that whomever has access to the URL will be able to receive the ticket. Take care sharing this on a social network or other public forum.

When viewing your list of tickets for a game, tap on the "Forward Tickets" button. This will enable you to select the ticket(s) you wish to forward.

  • For an Individual ticket:
    1. Tap on the "Circle" to the left of the ticket that you wish to forward. A check mark will appear next to the selected ticket.
    2. Tap the "Forward Tickets" button and choose your delivery method.

The ticket will be moved into a "Pending" state until the ticket is accepted. The sender can revoke the forward until it is forwarded again or scanned for entry.
