Auto-Renew Information

When you purchase the Ballpark Pass, you will be auto-renewed each month. You will automatically be charged $49 on a month-by-month basis during the 2023 regular season. Your credit card will be charged for each subsequent month throughout the duration of the season. You will be charged on the 24th or 25th of every month.

If your credit card is declined, you will be notified by Fan Services via email. If you do not provide updated credit card information by the date designated in the email, you will be opted-out of the Ballpark Pass. Accounts must be paid in full by the first day of each month or your Ballpark Pass will be revoked.

How Do I Opt Out of Auto-Renew?

To cancel your Ballpark Pass, you must notify Fan Services with a cancellation request by email to [email protected] with the subject line “Ballpark Pass Opt-Out Request”. You must notify Fan Services of your cancellation request by the 23rd of every month.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been cancelled. Please note: You will not be refunded for games that occur during this processing period.

Yes. Your Ballpark Pass includes a Standing Room Only ticket to every regular-season game in the month purchased. For example, an April Ballpark Pass includes all twelve (12) home games in April.

+ Where can I go with a Standing Room Ticket?

+ How will I receive my tickets?

Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the Ballpark app. Ballpark Pass tickets will not be printed for any reason. You will receive mobile barcodes for all regular-season home games in the Ballpark app two (2) hours prior to each game.

+ How/where do I access my tickets for entry to Progressive Field?

You will receive mobile barcodes for all regular-season home games in the Ballpark app two (2) hours prior to each game. Use these mobile barcodes to scan and enter Progressive Field on the day of the game.

To access your barcodes:

  • Log in to the MLB Ballpark app
  • Select the Tickets tab
  • Select the game you're attending
  • Tap each ticket to view the individual barcode (two (2) hours prior to game time)

+ When will Ballpark Passes go on sale for future months?

Ballpark Passes will go on sale on the 26th of every month (subject to availability).

+ What is the deadline to purchase a Ballpark Pass for a given month?

Ballpark Passes must be purchased by 12 PM ET on the first game day of the month (subject to availability):

  • April: Must purchase by 4/7/23
  • May: Must purchase by 5/5/23
  • June: Must purchase by 6/6/23
  • July: Must purchase by 7/3/23
  • August: Must purchase by 8/4/23
  • September: Must purchase by 9/1/23

If you purchase a Ballpark Pass for a given month, your purchase will automatically renew for subsequent months unless you opt-out. The credit card originally used to purchase will be charged on the 24th or 25th of each month.

+ I have purchased multiple Ballpark Passes. Can I forward a ticket to a guest?

No, Ballpark Pass tickets cannot be forwarded. If you purchased multiple passes, all barcodes will be on one device inside the Ballpark app. You and your guests will need to arrive at Progressive Field together. Screenshots will not be accepted as a form of entry into Progressive Field.

+ Are Ballpark Pass tickets refundable?

All Ballpark Pass purchases are non-refundable.

+ What happens if a game is rained out?

If a game is rained out/postponed and rescheduled, your Ballpark Pass will be valid for the rescheduled game only. If the game is rescheduled as part of a traditional double header, you will be able to attend both games.

Please be on alert for an additional email with instructions should a game be rained out/postponed.

+ Can I sell my Ballpark Pass for games that I do not attend?

No, Ballpark Passes are non-transferable and are only available on the phone of the Ballpark Pass purchaser. Ballpark Passes cannot be resold.

+ Can I share my Ballpark Pass with someone else?

No, Ballpark Pass tickets cannot be shared or forwarded. If you purchased multiple passes, all barcodes will be on one device inside the Ballpark app. You and your guests will need to arrive at Progressive Field together. Screenshots will not be accepted as a form of entry into Progressive Field.

+ Can I upgrade or exchange my Ballpark Pass ticket?

No, Ballpark Pass tickets cannot be upgraded or exchanged.

+ Can I return/refund my pass if I cannot attend one or any of the games?

No, Ballpark Passes cannot be returned/refunded.

+ Am I eligible to receive promotional giveaways with my Ballpark Pass ticket?

Ballpark Pass ticket holders are eligible to receive gate giveaways (available while supplies last). Ballpark Pass ticket holders are not eligible to receive the promotional items included with Special Ticket Packages. Special Ticket Packages require an additional ticket purchase (cleguardians.com/specials).

+ What other benefits are included with the Ballpark Pass?

Ballpark Passes are not considered to be a season ticket plan and do not include any season ticket member benefits.

+ Are any other events included with the Ballpark Pass?

The Ballpark Pass is only valid for regular-season home games. It does not include tickets to non-game events.

+ Can the Ballpark Pass be used for any potential postseason games?

No, the Ballpark Pass is valid for regular-season games only.

+ Which phones are supported?

+ Can I purchase the pass if I don't have one of these phones?

No. Because the Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program, Passes can only be purchased by fans who have access to a smart phone. Tickets will not be printed for any reason.

Ballpark Pass Terms and Conditions

The Cleveland Guardians Ballpark Pass (“Ballpark Pass”) provides access to every Cleveland Guardians (“Club”) regular season home game in the month a Ballpark Pass is purchased during the 2023 season. Please note that the Ballpark Pass provides for a Standing Room Only ticket. Standing Room Only sections include the Corner Bar, Left Field Drink Rails, Right Field Drink Rails, Home Run Porch, Heritage Plaza and/or Right Field Terraces. Not all Standing Room Only sections may be available for each game.

All Ballpark Pass tickets are delivered via the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device. There is an initial, one-time set up fee of $5.00 associated with each Ballpark Pass purchased. Ballpark Passes may only be scanned by the holder of the associated MLB Ballpark app account, and cannot be forwarded, shared, exchanged or resold. If purchasing multiple Ballpark Passes, all guests must scan into the game using the primary account holder’s MLB Ballpark account. Each Ballpark Pass ticket barcode will be visible in the MLB Ballpark app and available to scan beginning approximately two (2) hours prior to the first pitch of the respective game. Screenshots will not be accepted as a form of entry into Progressive Field. Limit of eight (8) Ballpark Passes may be purchased by any person, household or entity. Ballpark Passes may only be purchased by residents of Ohio.

Ballpark Pass will be automatically renewed each month during the 2023 season unless otherwise cancelled as set forth below. By purchasing the Ballpark Pass, you authorize the Club to automatically charge the Ballpark Pass monthly fee (the “Monthly Fee”) to the credit or debit card specified online in your Tickets.com account, or any subsequent credit or debit card(s) you provide to the Club (your “Card”) on a month-by-month basis during the 2023 regular season (each charge, a “Charge”). Each Charge of your Card of the Monthly Fee will occur prior to the month in which the Ballpark Pass is eligible. If the Card you provide to the Club expires or is not valid, then you must immediately provide the Club with a substitute card account or the Club may cancel your Ballpark Pass. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] by the 23rd day of any calendar month in order to cancel your Ballpark Pass effective as of the last day of the same calendar month. Any cancellation request made after the 23rd day of a calendar month will result in cancellation of your Ballpark Pass effective as of the last day of the following calendar month. You will receive a confirmation email once your Ballpark Pass has been cancelled.

The terms and conditions of your Ballpark Pass and policies applicable to use are subject to the Cleveland Guardians Regular Season Ticket Terms & Conditions as well as policies applicable to use.
