Youth Baseball and Softball Programs

The Cleveland Guardians would like to invite your Youth Baseball & Softball league or team out to Progressive Field this summer.

Participating teams will get to watch a big league game together AND participate in a parade on the field (based on availability and requirements).

Participation Includes:

  • Pregame parade around the Warning Track (based on requirements and availability)
  • Scoreboard Message welcoming your team to Progressive Field
  • Fundraising opportunities for your team or league!

How It Works:

  • STEP 1: Select your game, seats, and donation amount for your organization.
  • STEP 2: Work with your Guardians Account Executive to confirm date availability and choose to either sell tickets traditionally or through an online link.
    • Traditional Method - 25% deposit
      • Work with coaches, players, and families to collect final numbers and payment.
      • Finalize numbers and payment with your account representative 30 days prior to your game date.
      • Distribute tickets to your participants via Group Distribution Tool or the MLB Ballpark App.
    • Online Link - $500 deposit*
      • Have coaches, players, and families purchase tickets through the link.
      • Individuals will access tickets through MLB Ballpark App.
      • *Deposit will be refunded once 100 tickets have been sold.
  • STEP 3: Enjoy the game!
