Premium tickets are now available to purchase for 2026 Postseason games. Visit our Premium Experiences website to learn more about premium seating options at Progressive Field.

• 2026 American League Division Series presented by Booking.com (ALDS) – Best of 5 series played in a 2-2-1 format with the higher seed receiving home-field advantage.
• 2026 American League Championship Series (ALCS) – Best of 7 series played in a 2-3-2 format with the higher seed receiving home-field advantage.
• 2026 World Series presented by Capital One – Best of 7 series played in a 2-3-2 format with home-field advantage going to the team with the best regular-season record, regardless of Postseason seeding within that team’s league.

All Progressive Field ballpark policies will remain the same during Postseason games. Fans are encouraged to visit https://www.mlb.com/guardians/ballpark/information/guide for more information about items permitted into Progressive Field. Fans can also live chat with our Fan Services team through the MLB Ballpark App by visiting the Guardians Tab and selecting Guards Chat.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

• Any funds from un-played single-game ticket purchases will be returned to the payment form used for the purchase at the conclusion of the Postseason, excluding the online order fee. Season Ticket Members are encouraged to contact our Season Tickets Service team if they have questions on un-played games from their Postseason ticket strips.

Can I purchase tickets in person?

• Postseason tickets sales will be online only at Cleguardians.com/postseason.

How may tickets can I purchase per game?

• Fans can purchase up to six (6) tickets per game for the Wild Card and ALDS series. Information on ALCS/World Series tickets will be updated as the team advances.

Can I request souvenir tickets?

• At this time, we will not have souvenir tickets. Guardians Postseason tickets are mobile-only and will be delivered digitally. All fans must enter the ballpark using a mobile device.

When will Postseason tickets for future rounds be available to purchase?

• To stay up to date with Guardians information and be the first to know about a potential Postseason ticket on sale, make sure to register for Guardians emails. You can sign up for Guardians emails here.

When will Postseason mobile tickets be available in the MLB Ballpark app?

• Ticket management will be delayed until closer to the start of your Postseason game dates. Please keep an eye on your Ballpark App as well!
• Please be advised there have been changes to the MLB Ballpark app login process since the conclusion of the 2025 season. We strongly encourage you to download the most up-to-date version of the MLB Ballpark app and complete the multi-factor authentication process.

Will I be refunded for un-played Postseason games?

Will I be able to upgrade or relocate my seats during Postseason games?

• Only fans in need of ADA seats can be upgraded or relocated during the Postseason and are subject to availability. Ticket relocation is subject to additional fees and cost, depending on purchase method and price. Tickets purchased on Third Party sites are not eligible to be upgraded or relocated.

Will the Kids Clubhouse be open during Postseason games?

• Our Kids Clubhouse will not be available during the Postseason.
