  • Quantities are limited. Promotional items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at each respective gate upon opening on the specified game date.
  • Each fan must be present and show a valid game ticket to receive a promotional item.
  • Limit of one promotional item per ticket. A ticketholder with multiple tickets must exit and re-enter the Ballpark to receive multiple promotional items.
  • Promotional item dates, quantities and details are subject to change at the Cleveland Guardians’ sole discretion.
  • If a promotional item is not available as advertised, the Cleveland Guardians may, at its discretion, implement a make-good policy for eligible ticketholders, which may include an alternative promotional item or voucher.
  • The unavailability of a promotional item does not entitle a ticketholder to a ticket refund or any other recourse.
  • Special Ticket Packages are not Ballpark-wide promotions and fans must purchase a Special Ticket Package to receive promotional items associated with such Special Ticket Packages. Special Ticket Packages can be purchased at https://cleguardians.com/specials.
