Double Play Perks Terms and Conditions

The Cleveland Guardians Double Play Perks (“Double Play Perks”) is a limited-time ticket incentive that rewards eligible single-game ticket purchasers (“Ticket Holder”) who add a second future 2026 Cleveland Guardians (“Club”) regular season home game to their order during the same purchase session. As of June 2026, when a qualifying purchase is completed, the Ticket Holder receives $15 Ballpark Bucks. Ballpark Bucks can be found in the Ticket Holder’s Wallet in the Ballpark App and allows you to redeem the value at all permanent food, beverage or merchandise stands in the ballpark. Ballpark Bucks value is only redeemable from purchase to the end of the 2026 regular season. Perks are subject to change throughout the season. Perks cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise approved by the Club.

Double Play Perks are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis while supplies last. Offer applies only to eligible single-game ticket purchases and is not valid for previously completed transactions. Double Play Perk discounts cannot be forwarded, transferred, shared, exchanged, or resold.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits for non‑use, partial use, or cancellation, except as required by law or Club policy. Misuse or violation of these terms (including attempts to resell, transfer, or misrepresent eligibility) may result in revocation of Double Play Perk privileges without refund. The terms and conditions of your Double Play Perks and all policies governing its use are subject to the Cleveland Guardians Regular Season Ticket Terms & Conditions as well as all applicable Progressive Field policies.
