Thursday
4:05 p.m. ET: Toledo Mud Hens (DET) vs. Syracuse Mets (NYM)
After earning a promotion to Triple-A to start the season, Max Clark (DET No. 2/MLB No. 8) has taken quickly to the new level, with a .278/.435/.444 slash line, three doubles and three steals in five games. He's the top-ranked prospect in the International League and leads a lineup that also includes powerful infielders Max Anderson (DET No. 5) and Hao-Yu Lee (DET No. 6). They'll face right-hander Jonah Tong (NYM No. 2/MLB No. 46), who led the Minors in strikeouts and ERA last year and is coming off a scoreless four-inning start. Watch out for Mets outfielders Ryan Clifford (NYM No. 4) and Nick Morabito (NYM No. 12), who stand out for their prodigous power and speed, respectively.
6:30 p.m. ET: Bradenton Marauders (PIT) vs. Dunedin Blue Jays (TOR)
Seth Hernandez (PIT No. 3/MLB No. 27), considered one of the best prep pitching prospects ever, toes the rubber for his official pro debut as the rest of the Minor Leagues join Triple-A in action on Opening Day II. The 19-year-old showcased his 70-grade four-seamer at Spring Breakout, touching 102.4 mph with the offering during a scoreless frame of work. He will take on a Dunedin lineup anchored by fellow 2025 first-rounder JoJo Parker (TOR No. 2/MLB No. 43). Parker's polish at camp this spring garnered comparisons to Bo Bichette and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. at the same point in their careers.
Friday
8 p.m. ET: Arkansas Travelers (SEA) vs. Midland RockHounds (ATH)
Kade Anderson (SEA No. 2/MLB No. 19) served as the Friday night starter for Louisiana State during their championship season in 2025, so it's only fitting that he'll make his Minor League debut on a Friday against another Friday night starter in Florida State's Jamie Arnold (ATH No. 2/MLB No. 39). The pair of electric southpaws were among the best arms in the 2025 Draft, but they'll have their work cut out for them in this contest. Anderson will need to stifle Leo De Vries (ATH No. 1/MLB No. 4), who looks like a star in the making, while Arnold takes on a lineup featuring Lazaro Montes (SEA No. 4/MLB No. 41) and Michael Arroyo (SEA No. 5/MLB No. 65).
Saturday
3:07 p.m. ET: Worcester Red Sox (BOS) vs. St. Paul Saints (MIN)
The Red Sox already have one imposing left-hander leading their starting rotation in Garrett Crochet; Payton Tolle (BOS No. 1/MLB No. 17) could make it two in the future. The 6-foot-6, 250-pounder creates elite extension off the mound and has a devastating fastball to boot. He'll look to shut down a St. Paul lineup led by Top 100 prospects Walker Jenkins (MIN No. 1/MLB No. 12), Kaelen Culpepper (MIN No. 2/MLB No. 50) and Emmanuel Rodriguez (MIN No. 4/MLB No. 71). Jenkins, the most highly coveted of the group, has five-tool potential if he can stay healthy.
Sunday
5:05 p.m. ET: Fresno Grizzlies (COL) vs. Visalia Rawhide (AZ)
First-round shortstops Ethan Holliday (COL No. 1/MLB No. 22) and Kayson Cunningham (AZ No. 2) square off at Single-A. The pair got their feet wet last summer following the July Draft, but this year marks the first full pro season for both. Just 19 years old, Holliday -- the younger brother of the Orioles' Jackson and son of MLB veteran Matt -- stands out for his strong frame and ability to leave the yard. Cunningham, who is 4 inches shorter than his former Team USA teammate, has a knack for making solid contact and causing havoc on the bases.
