ST. PETERSBURG -- In partnership with the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County and Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, the Rays will host an on-site COVID-19 vaccination event at Tropicana Field from June 15-17 as part of Major League Baseball’s league-wide “Vaccinate at the Plate” initiative.

Fans who participate in the program will receive a voucher for two complimentary tickets in the Lower Reserved section or GTE Financial Party Deck to one Rays regular-season home game this year, excluding games against the Yankees and Red Sox. Vouchers must be redeemed online at RaysBaseball.com.

The event will take place from Tuesday, June 15 through Thursday, June 17 from 3-7 p.m. at Gate 1 at Tropicana Field. Both Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccinations will be available for free, with no insurance required. Those who select the two-dose Pfizer vaccine will schedule their second shot with the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County directly.

The Pfizer vaccine will be available for anyone 12 years old and up, while the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is available for anyone 18 or older. There are no residency requirements and no appointments necessary. Additional information is available at RaysBaseball.com/Vaccinate.

Masks are required for anyone entering Tropicana Field who is not vaccinated, ages 2 and up. Masks are optional for fully vaccinated fans. Fans can park for free in Lot 6 or 7 and proceed to the Gate 1 rotunda entrance. A parking map is available at RaysBaseball.com/Parking.
