Group Ticket Sales and Theme Night Policies & Procedures for 2020 Games

By making a payment towards Group or Theme Night tickets, customer accepts and agrees to be bound by the following Group Ticket Sales and Theme Night policies & procedures. Please contact your Phillies sales representative or call 215-463-5000 with any questions or concerns. Note: All Group ticket sales and Theme Night policies & procedures are subject to change.

Group Ticket Sales Discounts/Rebates

Group ticket discounts/rebates are applicable through November 21, 2019. Discounts/rebates do not apply to select seating areas, such as: Field Level Sections 112-135, Premium seating areas, Suites and Hall of Fame Club Decks. They also exclude select game dates including: 4/2, 7/17, 7/19 and summer Saturdays in June through August; orders will be limited to 50 tickets on these select game dates, as well as 5/29. Group tickets are not available within 14 days of game date.

If it is determined in the sole discretion of The Phillies that any individual or entity is re-selling the majority of the purchased Group tickets on the secondary market, the Group ticket purchaser may be classified as a Ticket Reseller. Ticket Resellers are not eligible to purchase Phillies Group tickets, or receive the benefits associated with the Group Leader Bonus Program. The Phillies, in its sole discretion, may, but is not obligated to, cancel and refund any Group ticket purchase made by anyone determined to be a Ticket Reseller.

Tickets sold on the secondary market are not eligible to receive a Phunraising rebate.

The Group purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Group tickets are subject to dynamic pricing and based on availability. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Scheduled date and/or time is also subject to change. In the event of a change, ticket purchasers will not be entitled to a refund.

Group Ticket Sales Orders and Payment

For most Group ticket purchases, a $5 per ticket, nonrefundable credit card deposit (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express) and $15 processing fee per game is due at the time the Group order is placed. Final payment is due 45 days before the game date. When booking a Suite, Hall of Fame Club Deck or Hospitality event, a $500 per facility nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of the order and final payment is due 45 days before the game.

The Phillies Sales Office, however, reserves the right to require full payment for the Group order at any time for any game. All Group ticket sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. Tickets and Hospitality area passes (if applicable) are issued once final payment is received, but delivery may be delayed. The Phillies Sales Office reserves the right to cancel your order if final payment is not received by the due date.

Based on availability, additional tickets may be added to general Group and Hospitality area orders. For Suites and Hall of Fame Club Decks, additional tickets may be added at any point while staying within the pre-set limits for each facility. Tickets are subject to dynamic pricing, therefore the price of additional tickets may be different than the original ticket purchase price.

Group tickets may be purchased by calling The Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-5000. Group tickets are not sold online via The Phillies website at phillies.com.

Private Splash Page, Coupon Code and Groupmatics pages

Some Groups will have the option to sell tickets exclusively to their Group members via a private online Splash Page, Coupon Code or Groupmatics page. If it is determined in the sole discretion of The Phillies that any individual or entity did not adhere to the established ticket limits (if applicable), or is re-selling the majority of the tickets purchased via a private online Splash Page, Coupon Code or Groupmatics page, the ticket purchaser may be classified as a Ticket Reseller. The Phillies, in its sole discretion, may, but is not obligated to, cancel and refund without notification any ticket purchase made by anyone determined to be a Ticket Reseller. Sales/payments may not be canceled by purchaser.

Each Splash Page, Coupon Code or Groupmatics page purchaser acknowledges and agrees that tickets are subject to dynamic pricing and based on availability. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Scheduled date and/or time is also subject to change. In the event of a change, ticket purchasers will not be entitled to a refund.

Theme Nights

Phillies Theme Nights are special ticket offers for select games throughout the season. They provide an opportunity for fans with similar interests to enjoy a game together at Citizens Bank Park. In order to receive exclusive Theme Night elements such as ticket discounts, unique limited-quantity giveaway items or exclusive game-day activities, fans MUST purchase Theme Night tickets. In addition to exclusive elements for Theme Night ticket purchasers, a Theme Night may also include some ballpark-wide entertainment, which can be enjoyed by all fans.

If it is determined in the sole discretion of The Phillies that any individual or entity did not adhere to the established ticket limits (if applicable), or is re-selling the majority of the purchased Theme Night tickets on the secondary market, the purchaser may be classified as a Ticket Reseller. The Phillies, in its sole discretion, may, but is not obligated to, cancel and refund any Theme Night ticket purchase made by anyone determined to be a Ticket Reseller.

Each Theme Night ticket purchaser acknowledges and agrees that tickets are subject to dynamic pricing and based on availability. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Scheduled date and/or time is also subject to change. In the event of a change, ticket purchasers will not be entitled to a refund.

There is a limit of one Theme Night giveaway item per person.

Group Leader Bonus Program

Minimum purchase required to qualify for Group Leader Bonus Program is 25 paid tickets. Ticket Resellers, bus companies and tour and travel agencies are not eligible for the Group Leader Bonus Program. A Group ticket purchase is included toward the Group Leader Bonus Program only if the game is played. Tickets for postponed games do not qualify. The Phillies Sales Office reserves the right to (1) disqualify or exclude any person from the Group Leader Bonus Program at any time; and (2) modify, delete or terminate any or all bonus items, in the sole discretion of The Phillies.

Scoreboard Message Information

Once you have purchased a Group of 25 or more tickets, you are entitled to a scoreboard message that will be displayed during the following times:

  • Pre-game on the large PhanaVision screen
  • At the end of the 4th/top of the 5th inning (following the birthday messages) on the upper-side auxiliary message boards

The Phillies must have your message at least 72 hours before your game date. Otherwise, display of your message cannot be guaranteed. Messages must be family-friendly in nature.

Guidelines to follow when choosing a message to display:

  • Messages may not be advertising in nature (e.g. website URL or phone number)
  • All messages are proceeded with "The Phillies Welcome"

The Phillies may elect to not display a message at its sole discretion.

Ticket Distribution

We highly encourage you to distribute the game tickets to your attendees in advance. We are unable to set up a table or booth on-site for ticket distribution.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

The Phillies Sales Office is not responsible for Group tickets that are lost or stolen. These tickets may be replaced at the sole discretion of The Phillies. The Phillies may impose an additional charge to the account holder in its sole discretion for such replaced tickets. If distributing tickets in advance, it is beneficial for the account holder to note the section, row and seat that each guest holds. This specific information will be needed if replacement tickets are issued. In the event that tickets are lost or stolen, please contact The Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-5000 or [email protected] to discuss any options. If The Phillies Sales Office replaces any Group tickets, the replacement tickets will be honored over the original tickets in all cases and the original tickets will be null and void.

Will Call

Most orders placed over the phone or via the internet within seven days of the game may be picked up after ordering at the ticket windows located at the First Base Gate, or on the day of the game at any available ticket window. For identification purposes, guests should present their driver's license and credit card used for their ticket purchase when picking up their tickets. The Phillies can't leave tickets under a company name or with a guest list.

Ticket kiosks, located at the First Base (open 24/7) and Third Base ticket windows and New Era Phillies Team Store, are available for day-of-game ticket pick-up with the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

If you are dropping off tickets at Will Call (First Base ticket windows), the tickets need to be left in separate envelopes with each person's name. The Will Call envelope will need to be completely filled out, and your guest picking up the tickets will need a photo ID that matches the name on the Will Call envelope. Will Call is open until the 7th inning of the game.

The Phillies, in its sole discretion, may elect to not have a Will Call pick-up option for ticket purchases.
