Postponed Game Information

Please see important information below regarding postponed games.

May 7, 2022 vs. the New York Mets

The May 7 game between the Phillies and Mets was postponed. The game will be made up on May 8, 2022 as part of a single-admission double header, beginning at 12:35 p.m. All gates will open at 11:35 a.m.

*Tickets for the May 7, 2022 game WILL NOT be valid for admission to the May 8, 2022 single-admission doubleheader.

Season Ticket Holders

  • Tickets and parking (if applicable) will be automatically credited to your season ticket account in the amount of the face value. The rainout credit can be used to purchase tickets to any remaining 2022 regular season home game, based on availability.
  • The rainout credit will be available in your Phillies My Tickets account within 24 hours from the time the game is postponed. Visit www.phillies.com/mytickets and log in to view and redeem your credit.
  • Any forwarded tickets will be returned back to the original account holder.
  • Any tickets sold on StubHub! will be returned to the sellers account and the credit will be applied to their Phillies account.

Single Game Purchasers

  • Tickets purchased from the Phillies, via phillies.com, MLB Ballpark App, or over the phone, will be automatically credited to your Phillies ticket account in the amount of the face value. The rainout credit can be used to purchase tickets to any remaining 2022 regular season home game, based on availability.
  • The postponed credit will be available in your Phillies My Tickets account within 24 hours from the time the game is postponed. Visit www.phillies.com/mytickets and log in to view and redeem your credit.
  • If tickets were forwarded to you, they will be returned back to the original purchaser from the Phillies.
  • Fans that purchased tickets on StubHub! will receive an automatic credit issued to their StubHub! account. For any StubHub! questions please reach out directly to them.
  • Tickets that have been purchased from any other secondary market reseller, or somewhere other than directly through the Phillies cannot be refunded by the Phillies. Fans holding tickets that have been purchased from someone other than the Phillies must consult the vendor or origin of sale.
  • Fans that purchased tickets at the ticket windows at Citizens Bank Park, please visit the ticket windows to exchange to any remaining 2022 Phillies regular season home game, based on availability.

Group Ticket Purchasers

  • For all group ticket purchases, the Phillies will be contacting the Group Leader to discuss rescheduling to another game.
  • Fans that purchased tickets as part of a group outing, should contact the Group Leader that organized the event for more information.

Parking Information

  • Parking that was purchased in advance from the Phillies, via phillies.com, MLB Ballpark App, or over the phone, will be credited back to your Phillies account.
  • Parking that was purchased at a Phillies lot the day of the game, please retain your receipt. Present your receipt from the postponed game to the next game you attend for admittance into the lot.

May 6, 2022 vs. the New York Mets

The May 6 game between the Phillies and Mets was rescheduled due to rain. The game will be made up on Saturday, August 20, 2022 as part of a split-admission double header, with the game starting at 1:05 p.m. The gates will open at 12:05 p.m. The originally-scheduled August 20 game will remain at 7:15 p.m.

*Tickets for the May 6, 2022 game will ONLY be valid for admission to the August 20, 1:05 p.m. game.

Season Ticket Holders

  • Tickets and parking (if applicable) should be used for the August 20 1:05 p.m. game with gates opening at 12:05 p.m.
  • Any forwarded tickets will remain as forwarded. If the person can no longer attend please make sure you recall the tickets.
  • Any tickets sold on StubHub! will remain as sold and valid for the rescheduled August 20 1:05 p.m. game.

Single Game Purchasers

  • Tickets and parking (if applicable) should be used for the August 20 1:05 p.m. game with gates opening at 12:05 p.m.
  • If tickets were forwarded to you, they will remain in your account and should be used for the August 20 1:05 p.m. game with gates opening at 12:05 p.m.
  • Fans that purchased tickets on StubHub! should use that ticket for the rescheduled game on August 20 at 1:05 p.m. If they are unable to attend the rescheduled game, they should post the tickets for sale.
  • Fans holding tickets for the originally scheduled May 6 Teacher Appreciation Theme Night will be valid for the rescheduled August 20 1:05 p.m. game.

Group Ticket Purchasers

  • For all group ticket purchases, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled August 20 game at 1:05 p.m.
  • Fans that purchased tickets as part of a group outing, should contact the Group Leader that organized the event for more information.

Parking Information
