Strike Out The Stigma

Strike Out The Stigma is the Philadelphia Phillies mental health awareness initiative focused on bringing important conversations to the forefront about the value of healthy life habits, supporting those around us, and removing the negative connotation surrounding mental health.

The program is hosted monthly by the Phillies and, in conjunction with Minding Your Mind, a distinguished panel of speakers focus on a new topic each event.
