Mariners 2020 Spring Training update

Pitchers and Catchers Report to Peoria on February 12; Single-Game Tickets for Cactus League games on sale November 20

The Seattle Mariners today announced a couple of updates for fans making plans for Spring Training in Peoria, Arizona in 2020.

Reporting dates for Mariners players for Spring Training are:

  • Wednesday, February 12 – Pitchers & Catchers;
  • Monday, February 17 – Position Players.

Tickets for Mariners 2020 Spring Training home games at the Peoria Sports Complex go on sale on Wednesday, November 20, at Mariners.com/Tickets or by phone at 1-800-677-1227.

Schedule Highlights

The Mariners open Cactus League action at the Peoria Sports Complex against the San Diego Padres on Saturday, February 22, as the visiting team. The first “home” game at Peoria is Sunday, February 23, against the Texas Rangers.

The Mariners have 16 home games in Peoria including matchups against the Chicago Cubs, San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers. All but four home games start at 1:10 p.m. local time. The exceptions are four games that start at 6:40pm:

  •  March 13 – vs. Dodgers;
  • March 19 – vs. Milwaukee Brewers;
  • March 20 – vs. Arizona Diamondbacks;
  • March 23 – vs. Colorado Rockies.

Spring Training Season Tickets

Mariners Fantasy Camp

Registration for the 2020 Mariners Fantasy Camp is open to fans (men and women) over the age of 30. A roster of Mariners alumni will provide instruction in the fundamentals of pitching, hitting, fielding and base running skills. Participants will compete in games against fellow campers and coaches. Packages include hotel accommodations, breakfast and lunch each day, authentic uniform and accessories, activities, photos and video and a personalized baseball card to commemorate the week. 2020 Mariners Single-Game Tickets

Opening Day in Seattle is Thursday, March 26, against the Texas Rangers at T-Mobile Park. Single-game tickets for Opening Day and all Seattle Mariners 2020 home games go on sale on Saturday, November 16. Tickets will be available at Mariners.com/Tickets, by phone at 1-888-SEA-HITS (732-4487), and at Seattle Mariners Team Stores (Downtown Seattle at 4th & Stewart, Bellevue Square, Southcenter and Alderwood Malls).
