Nemours Opening Weekend! Top things to know: Phillies vs. Braves (4/3-4)

Come cheer on the Philadelphia Phillies as they host the Atlanta Braves on Saturday, April 3 (sold out) and Sunday, April 4 at Citizens Bank Park! Here’s a look at some of the fan highlights surrounding the final games of the first series of the season, as the Phillies continue to “Welcome Home” a limited number of fans to the ballpark.

Plus, please remember to mask up and be aware of the new safety guidelines at the ballpark.   1. All fans will receive a Nemours Rally Towel at the entrance gates on Saturday and Sunday. Also throughout the weekend, several frontline workers will have the honor of participating in the Phillie Phanatic’s fifth-inning dances. In addition, here’s a glimpse of the frontline heroes featured in the street banners that surround Citizens Bank Park, a program sponsored by Toyota.
  2. Probable pitcher Zack Wheeler to take the mound on Saturday, April 3, at the 4:05 p.m. game. The game will be broadcast on NBCSP+, 94 WIP and FS1, as well as available via live stream for authenticated subscribers on NBC Sports Philadelphia’s MyTeams app.

Sunday, April 4, features probable pitcher Zach Eflin at 1:05 p.m. The game will be broadcast on NBCSP, 94 WIP, and ESPN, as well as available via live stream for authenticated subscribers on NBC Sports Philadelphia’s MyTeams app. In the seventh inning, Kane Kalas will perform “God Bless America,” prerecorded via PhanaVision.
  4. Aaron Nola, Bryce Harper and Andrew McCutchen autographed items are up for bid in the Phillies Charities, Inc. Auction until noon on April 9 via the MLB Ballpark App (available on iOS and Android devices only).
