Wednesday's Twins at Brewers game to be exclusively carried on YouTube

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – Major League Baseball and YouTube have announced that the Minnesota Twins at Milwaukee Brewers game on Wednesday, August 14 at 1:00 p.m. CT has been selected as the sixth MLB Game of the Week Live on YouTube. As such, YouTube will have exclusive rights to telecast

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – Major League Baseball and YouTube have announced that the Minnesota Twins at Milwaukee Brewers game on Wednesday, August 14 at 1:00 p.m. CT has been selected as the sixth MLB Game of the Week Live on YouTube. As such, YouTube will have exclusive rights to telecast the game; it will be made available globally, allowing fans to view the game, free of charge and without signing up for a YouTube account, on any PC, mobile device or smart TV.

The MLB Network-produced broadcast, which will include a special pregame and postgame show, can be viewed on any mobile device or smart TV by searching for “MLB” on the YouTube app. Fans who wish to watch from their PC can do so either via the Twins YouTube TV (youtube.com/twins) and/or MLB YouTube TV (youtube.com/MLB) channels. The broadcast team will feature analysis from four-time Twins All-Star and 2006 American League MVP Justin Morneau, along with three-time Brewers All-Star Dan Plesac. Rich Waltz will handle play-by-play, while Minnesota native Jamie Hersch provides insight from the field.

Twins fans can also listen to the game by tuning into a radio affiliate on the Treasure Island Baseball Network or in the Twin Cities at WCCO 830 AM.

The finale of this two-game, Interleague Border Battle series at Miller Park between two teams fighting for postseason berths is the sixth of 13 games to be exclusively streamed live and for free on YouTube TV during the second half of the 2019 Major League Baseball season.

Following Wednesday’s _MLB Game of the Week Live on YouTube_, the Twins will return to FOX Sports North as their television home for the remainder of the 2019 regular season, beginning with the Thursday, August 15 game at the Texas Rangers.
