Senior Vice President, Ticket Sales
Dan Hessling is beginning his 15th season with the Texas Rangers. He started with the organization in April 2012, working in various sales and management roles within the ticket sales department before being promoted to Senior Vice President, Ticket Sales in January 2024.
Hessling leads a sales and service team responsible for generating revenue through ticketing and game day experiences while cultivating lifelong Rangers fans. In 2023, his team helped produce the organization’s highest home attendance figure since 2016. He was honored as a 40 Under 40 recipient by the Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce in 2023 and chairs the club’s Season Ticket Holder Advisory Board. Hessling also serves on the YMCA Board of Directors and participates in various committees with the Arlington-Mansfield YMCA.
A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Hessling graduated from University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh before securing his first professional sports role in 2010 as an intern in the ticket sales department for the Milwaukee Brewers. He and his wife, Brooke, live in Trophy Club with their three children: daughters Tenley (7) and Saylor (4), and son Corbin (2).
