Senior Vice President, Finance
Starr Gulledge was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance in January 2020. She is in her 29th season with the Texas Rangers and REV Entertainment Finance and Accounting Department, having joined the organization in June 1997. Gulledge manages a staff of twelve and oversees all accounting, treasury, and finance operations for the Rangers and REV Entertainment. She was heavily involved in the construction of Globe Life Field, the Rangers Dominican Academy, the Spring Training complex in Surprise, Arizona, planning for the 2024 All-Star Game, and several sports team acquisitions for REV Entertainment.
In addition to her duties with the Rangers, she works with other entities within the Rangers Baseball Express family, including the Rangers Baseball Foundation and Texas Rangers Baseball Real Estate, and she served as assistant controller for the Dallas Stars from 1999 to 2004.
Gulledge brings over 40 years of experience in the accounting industry to her role. A native of New Orleans, she graduated from Irving High School in Irving, Texas, and earned a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She and her husband, Chuck, reside in Weatherford and have three sons—Kelley, Rhett, and Clay—a daughter, Amanda, and six grandsons and one granddaughter, ranging in age from 15 years to newborn.
