Celebrating the passion displayed by Twins Territory on April 3 and bringing Opening Day vibes back to Target Field next weekend, the Minnesota Twins today announced that fans who purchased tickets directly from the Twins for the club’s Home Opener vs. the Tampa Bay Rays will receive complimentary tickets to the team’s Friday, April 17 home game vs. the Cincinnati Reds. The Friday night Target Field party will also feature a pregame happy hour and the season’s first postgame fireworks show.
April 17 Target Field festivities will include:
- Pregame Happy Hour: From gates open at 5:00 p.m. through 7:10 p.m., featuring $2 beers, $2 hot dogs, $2 snacks and a live performance by Minneapolis-based singer/songwriter Tim Mahoney and his band.
- First pitch: Twins vs. Reds at 7:10 p.m. CT.
- Postgame: Fireworks show.

Fans who purchased tickets directly from the Minnesota Twins for the Friday, April 3 game at Target Field vs. Tampa Bay are eligible to receive a complimentary ticket offer:
- MyTwins Reserved/Choice Members, MyTwins Flex Plan Members, Group and Hospitality Ticket Purchasers, and Annual Suite, UnitedHealthcare Champions Club and Delta SKY360° Suite Ticket Members will receive an email with a link to redeem up to six (6) complimentary tickets to any Twins home game through May 14.
- Single-Game Ticket Purchasers with tickets to the April 3 game purchased directly from the Minnesota Twins will receive an email with a link to redeem up to four (4) complimentary tickets to the Friday, April 17 game vs. Cincinnati.
Complimentary tickets are available while supplies last and cannot be resold. MyTwins Members may transfer their tickets.
