Senior Vice President, Communications & Public Affairs
Dustin Morse, who enters his 21st season with the Twins and his 25th in Major League Baseball, was named Senior Vice President, Communications & Public Affairs in June of 2024 after previously serving as Vice President, Communications & Content for three years.
He joined the Twins’ Media Relations department in 2006 and was promoted to Senior Director of Communications in 2015. In December 2020, Morse was given MLB’s Robert O. Fishel Award for Public Relations excellence, joining Twins Hall of Famer Tom Mee (1988) as Minnesota’s two recipients.
In his current role, Morse leads the Communications department, his key responsibilities include oversight of all baseball and business communications efforts, Target Field affairs, civic partnerships, publications, media and player relations, and club archives and authentics. Morse also continues to provide leadership for the Twins Hall of Fame Committee as well as ballpark artwork and Twins Fantasy Camp. He also serves on the Minneapolis Chamber board and is a member of Twin Cities Dunkers.
Prior to joining the Twins, Morse enjoyed stints with the San Diego Padres (2004-05), Texas Rangers (2003), Chicago Cubs (2002) and the National Baseball Hall of Fame (2001). He served as the press liaison for Team Netherlands during the 2017, 2023 and 2026 World Baseball Classics and assisted Major League Baseball during the 2013, ‘14, ‘17, ‘18, ‘19, ‘21, ‘22 and '25 All-Star Games.
Morse earned a degree in communications and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
