Vice President, Business and Baseball Systems
Jeremy Raadt, who is in his 12th season with the Twins, was elevated to Vice President, Business and Baseball Systems in December 2025 after serving as Vice President, Baseball Systems since January 2024. In his current position, he will lead efforts to enhance technology systems across the organization.
With this expanded role, Raadt will guide the Technology department's systems teams as they develop applications and software for use across all areas of the organization, from player development and scouting in baseball operations to data modeling and market research on the business side. Raadt, the 2023 Twins Tradition Award recipient, originally joined the club in 2014 as its first baseball systems developer and was promoted to Senior Director in 2022
Prior to joining the Twins, Raadt served as Vice President of Engineering at MinuteBids from 2012-14. He also worked as a software engineer for Access Genetics (2006-12), as web master at his alma mater Bethel University (2003-06) and as a software developer for Gearworks (1996-2002).
Jeremy graduated from Bethel University with degrees in computer science, business finance and small business management.
