Vice President, Brand Marketing
Nancy O'Brien, who is in her 17th season with the Twins, was named Vice President, Brand Marketing in December 2013. Prior to being named to her current position, O'Brien served as Senior Director, Brand Marketing for the organization. She held a similar position with the Oakland Athletics as their Director of Advertising and Premium Seating until she returned home to the Twins Cities and joined the Twins.
O'Brien leads the club's branding process from strategy development to creative direction and execution through overseeing the club's promotions, special events, marketing communications and diversity marketing initiatives. During her tenure, she helped launch the popular "Get to Know 'Em" and "Twins Territory" marketing campaigns, which have been recognized with many creative honors.
Nancy received her Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Olaf College and her MBA in marketing from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business.
O'Brien along with husband, John, and children, Danny, Shea and Joey, reside in Plymouth, MN.
