NCAA champion USC Women's 4x400 relay team to throw first pitch at Dodger Stadium

Trojans went from fourth to first place on final lap for improbable comeback win to clinch NCAA Women's Track Team Championship

The Los Angeles Dodgers will welcome the University of Southern California's 4x400 meter relay team of Kendall Ellis, Kyra Constantine, Anna Cockrell and Deanna Hill for a ceremonial first pitch Wednesday at Dodger Stadium (7:10 p.m. vs. Rangers). The team won the 4x400 meter relay Saturday with a time of 3:27.06 to clinch both the individual event championship and the NCAA championship for the USC Women's Track team on the strength of Ellis' incredible anchor leg of 50.05 to overtake Purdue at a photo finish.

In addition to cheering on the NCAA champs during pregame ceremonies, tomorrow the first 40,000 ticketed fans in attendance will receive a Dodgers Beach Towel presented by Chef Merito Seasonings. Tickets for the 7:10 p.m. game against the Rangers can be purchased by visiting www.dodgers.com/tickets or by calling (866) DODGERS.
