Log in with your MLB Account

When you first download the app, log in with your MLB account. If you can’t remember your password, you can have a new one emailed to you directly from the app. If you don’t have an MLB account, you can easily create one in the app.

After signing in, select the Los Angeles Dodgers as your team to get started. From here, you can access all Dodger Stadium-specific app features.

How to Use the “Tickets” Tab

The "Tickets" tab will hold any ticket(s) associated with your linked ticket account(s). The following pages will guide you on how to view and share these tickets.

How to View Your Ticket Barcode

Tap an individual ticket to see its mobile barcode and that game's information. This mobile barcode will be used when you enter Dodger Stadium for a Dodger game. Gameday entry instructions will be provided on a later page.

How to Enter a Dodger game at Dodger Stadium

Simply have the Ballpark app open and pull up your ticket barcode for that day’s game. If you’re entering with a group, you have the option to scan multiple tickets on one device, or forward tickets to your group in advance to be scanned via the Ballpark app on their devices. Having issues scanning in? Be sure to adjust your screen’s brightness and watch out for glares from lights or the sun, both of which may prevent your mobile ticket from scanning properly. Making your way to your seats at Dodger Stadium? Simply show your usher your mobile ticket on the Ballpark app to be directed to your seat. Note: If you have both the Ballpark app as well as a printed ticket for the same seat, the first ticket scanned is the only one that will allow entry into Dodger Stadium. Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be forwarded.

How to Forward Tickets

You can easily forward tickets via the Ballpark app by tapping the "Share" icon. Mobile tickets can be forwarded via email or a text link. When you forward a ticket, it will still appear on your list of tickets in the Ballpark app, but it will not feature a mobile barcode. Mobile tickets without barcodes cannot be used for entry into Dodger Stadium. You may choose to cancel a forwarded ticket and have it reinstated as a live mobile ticket in your Ballpark app. Instructions on how to cancel a forwarded ticket are provided on a later page.

EMAIL:

To forward a single ticket via email, select that recipient’s name from your device's address book or enter his or her email address directly. The recipient will be sent an email notifying him or her that you have sent mobile ticket(s). The recipient must click "Access Tickets" in that email in order to receive the ticket(s).

TEXT:

If you do not know a recipient's email address, you can share a ticket via text message by selecting the "Forward via Link" option. Simply select that recipient from your address book or enter their mobile phone number. They will receive a text with a link to accept that mobile ticket.

Promotional Guidelines

While supplies last at guest's point of entry. Giveaways listed are for the first 40,000 fans unless otherwise noted. Only one giveaway item per person will be given to the bearer of the ticket upon entering the stadium. Schedule subject to change without notice.

A ticket will be deemed invalid if the ticket stub has been detached, the ticket barcode has been deactivated or invalidated, or if a re-entry gate usher has invalidated the ticket with a stamp or mark.

The Dodgers reserve the right to limit the number of items per person per valid entry.

All guests must meet the age qualifications for age-sensitive items to be eligible to receive an item (e.g. kids 14 & under). In order to receive an age-sensitive item, the child must be in attendance and will only be eligible to receive one giveaway item. Children three (3) years of age or younger who do not have a valid ticket will be allowed to enter the stadium but will not be eligible to receive an item. Giveaways listed for kids 14 & under are for the first 12,000 ticketed kids unless otherwise noted, while supplies last at guest's point of entry.

Also, please be sure to obtain your item upon entering the stadium and before leaving the distribution area. In fairness to all guests, any guest who approaches the distribution area or the distribution staff after they have left the area will be denied an item. The Dodgers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.

All items will be distributed at the entry gates from the announced time that the gates open until 60 minutes after the start of the game. For post-game distribution, items will be distributed after the 7th inning and continue until 1 hour after the completion of the game. Redemption vouchers that are given away before a game for items that are to be distributed after the game (e.g. bats) may only be redeemed on the day of the giveaway.

Some items may have been damaged during shipping and handling. Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your item is damaged and/or broken, please see a member of the Dodger Stadium event staff immediately and they will make an effort to replace your item while supplies last. How To Access Digital Tickets
  1. All Dodger games and events will be digitally ticketed with access exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app. To access your Dodger tickets, download the free MLB Ballpark app, available for all smartphones in their respective application download platforms.
  2. Once you have logged into the MLB Ballpark app, select the ticket icon at the bottom of the home screen. Under the Wallet tab, you will see the tickets you currently have on your account. If you would like to buy additional tickets, select the Buy Tickets tab to check availability.
  3. To use your digital tickets, select the game to view all of your tickets and parking. By selecting ‘Open’, you will access the ticket barcodes. Please note that this page cannot be printed and must be scanned on a mobile device.
How To Forward Digital Tickets
  1. With digital ticketing, sharing your Dodgers Tickets via our ticket forwarding option is easier than ever! Please note that in order to use the tickets, the receiving party must have their own MLB account and MLB Ballpark app on their device. To share your tickets, go to your Wallet tab under the Tickets page and select the game you wish to forward tickets for.
  2. Once on the page, select the ‘Forward Tickets’ option at the bottom. Select the tickets and parking you wish to forward and confirm by pressing the blue ‘Forward Tickets’ button.

  6. By choosing ‘Share Link’, you can choose an additional method to forward the ticket link.
  7. Once the ticket forward is completed on your end, it will reflect as ‘pending’ with a yellow icon until the receiving party accepts the tickets. Once they have accepted the tickets, the yellow icon will be replaced by a green icon and will reflect as ‘accepted’.
How To Recall Digital Tickets
