Season Tickets: If the maximum number of postseason home games at Dodger Stadium (the "Stadium") is not played in a postseason series, the amount paid for the unplayed games, including the per ticket facility fee and parking (if applicable), will automatically be credited to your Dodgers account. If you do not want a credit applied to your Dodgers account for any unplayed postseason home games, please contract your ticket representative or email the Dodgers Season Ticket Office directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund. Refunds will only be issued to the season ticket holder of record and in the same method that the payment was made. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing.
Cash Purchases at Dodger Stadium Box Office: Once a planned postseason game is not played ("unplayed game(s)"), ticket holders who purchased individual game tickets at the Dodger Stadium Box Office with cash may present the entire ticket for a full cash refund of the amount paid for the unplayed games, including the per ticket facility fee and parking (if applicable), at the Dodger Stadium Box Office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Tickets for unplayed postseason games must be returned by NOVEMBER 30, 2018.
Credit Card Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets with a credit card, whether at the Dodger Stadium Box Office or through 866-DODGERS or DODGERS.COM, will automatically receive a refund of the amount paid for the unplayed games, including the per ticket facility fee and parking (if applicable), through a credit to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase. These tickets do not need to be returned. The actual ticket will have no cash value. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing.
No part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the ticket holder to use the ticket on the scheduled date or, if the game is officially rained out or postponed, the rescheduled or resumed date or dates.
