Here are 9 of the best bobbleheads from the '25 MiLB season

January 6th, 2026

Jan. 7 is National Bobblehead Day, the greatest holiday of the year. Nod if you agree.

Minor League Baseball teams are passionate proponents of the bobblehead, packing their promo calendars with spring-loaded giveaways. These bobbleheads celebrate local heroes, famous alumni and emerging stars, ranging from the poignant to the ridiculous. What follows are nine of the best bobbleheads from the 2025 season, presented in no particular order because the bobbleheads keep moving around.

Kodai Senga Ghost bobblehead
Brooklyn Cyclones (High-A NYM)

Mets right-hander Kodai Senga is known for his "ghost fork" pitch, which baffles batters by seemingly disappearing in flight. This trickery inspired the Cyclones, who were celebrating "Halfway to Halloween" at the ballpark, to give away a Senga bobblehead that included a removable ghost costume. Now you see him, now you don't.

Goo Goo Dolls Bobblehead
Buffalo Bisons (Triple-A TOR)
The Goo Goo Dolls famously sang that "Everything's made to be broken," but hopefully that doesn't apply to this bobblehead. Goo Goo Dolls founders John Rzeznik and Robby Takac are both Buffalo natives, which led the Bisons to honor the songwriting duo during their final homestand of the 2025 season. They wanted the world to see this.

Chandler Simpson Stolen Base Counter bobblehead
Montgomery Biscuits (Double-A TB)

The Biscuits gave this bobblehead away on May 2, by which point Simpson was already in the Major Leagues. His speedy ascent to Tampa Bay was preceded by a phenomenal 78-game stretch with the Biscuits in 2024, during which he stole 73 bases en route to a Minor League-best 104 thefts on the year. The stolen base counter at the base of this bobblehead will need to be constantly updated throughout the 2026 season, because Chandler Simpson cannot be stopped.

Rick Sweet bobblestache
Nashville Sounds (Triple-A MIL)
In some cases it's not just the head that bobbles, as the Sounds paid tribute to the legendary facial hair of their legendary manager with a Rick Sweet bobblestache. Sweet has won over 2,400 games in his Minor League managerial career, which began with the 1987 Bellingham Mariners. That team's roster boasted a teenage Ken Griffey Jr., who was too young to even grow a mustache.

Joe Kelly Chaquetas bobblehead
Rancho Cucamonga Quakes (Single-A LAD)
2025 marked the Quakes' final season as a Los Angeles Dodgers affiliate, as they now embark on a new era with the Los Angeles Angels. One of the final pieces of Dodgers memorabilia produced by the team was their Joe Kelly Chaquetas bobblehead. Chaquetas was the team's Copa de la Diversión identity, inspired by Kelly's famous jersey-for-jacket swap with a mariachi musician playing at Dodger Stadium.

Judy Resnik bobblehead
Akron RubberDucks (Double-A CLE)
The city of Akron celebrated its bicentennial in 2025, and the RubberDucks joined the celebrations by honoring the city's people and landmarks all season long. One of the highlights was a bobblehead honoring Judy Resnick, an Akron native and NASA astronaut who died in the 1986 Challenger disaster.

Kumar Rocker Rocking Chair bobblehead
Frisco RoughRiders (Double-A TEX)

Kumar Rocker probably doesn't spend much time lazing around in comfortable wooden furniture. But his last name is Rocker, so why not issue a bobblehead featuring him in a rocking chair? After all, there is at least one instance of him giving an interview while sitting in one. That's all the motivation the RoughRiders needed.

Jimmy Carter bobblehead
Gwinnett Stripers (Triple-A ATL)
Humble peanut farmers don't often get their own bobbleheads, but then again most humble peanut farmers don't go on to become the president of the United States. The Georgia-based Gwinnett Stripers' Jimmy Carter bobblehead paid tribute to our 39th president, a proud Georgia native and lifelong Atlanta Braves fan.

Spencer Arrighetti Spaghetti bobblehead
Sugar Land Space Cowboys (Triple-A HOU)
Corpus Christi Hooks (Double-A HOU)
Combine "Spencer" and "Arrighetti" and you end up, more or less, with spaghetti. A lot of it, in this case, as the Spencer Arrighetti Spaghetti bobblehead features the Astros right-hander holding a meatball-topped plate of his favorite Italian foodstuff while standing atop a heaping pile of -- you guessed it -- even more spaghetti. Fans got a double helping of this saucy figurine, as both Sugar Land and Corpus Christi gave one away this season.
