Select Your 10th Teammate Plus Benefits

The Plus Benefits selection period for renewed 10th Teammates will be open from Monday, January 12, 2026 through Friday, January 23, 2026 at 2:00PM ET. To make your selections, you will need to have access to the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device. Within the ‘Season Ticket Member Benefits’ tile under the Guardians tab, you will find your Plus Benefits survey to complete your benefit selection.

Below are detailed instructions on how to access the survey:

Step-by-Step

Step 1

Open the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device. If you do not have the app downloaded, go to the App Store or Google Play Store on your device, search ‘MLB Ballpark” and download the app.

You will have located the correct app if it reads “Tickets, Offers, Info & More” as the description.

Step 2

Once inside the app, login with your MLB credentials (Email Address & Password) that match your ticket account and continue. Please note: due to a recent update, you may be required to reset your password and engage in multi-factor authentication to log in.

Step 3

After logging in, tap on the ‘Team’ tab located in the bottom menu bar of the app, and select ‘Cleveland Guardians.’ (1) Once inside this tab, tap on the tile that reads “Season Ticket Member Benefits.” (2)

Step 4

Here, you will notice three tabs at the top of your screen: Core Dozen, My Plus Benefits, and Benefit Selection. Tap on the one that reads “Benefit Selection.” Your benefit options will be displayed for you to select from and you may select one from each list presented. Once you have made your selections, tap ‘Submit’ at the bottom of your screen.

Step 5

Upon completion of your benefits survey, you will be provided a confirmation message letting you know your survey has been recorded.

Plus Benefits Selection FAQs

Once I complete my benefits survey, am I able to go back in and change my answers?

  • Once the survey is completed, your selections are final. Be sure to double check with any ticket partners you may share tickets with that everyone is aligned with your selections.

Do my benefits roll over to 2027 if they go unused in 2026?

  • Your Plus Benefits only apply to the upcoming season and anything unused will not roll over.

What if I do not make any selection by Friday, January 23 at 2:00PM ET? Do I lose out on benefits access?

  • If no selection is made, your benefits will be defaulted. For more details on default benefits, please see the Plus Benefits email sent to you on January 12, 2026 or contact your rep.
