Mets option infielder Guillorme to Triple-A

The Mets recalled right-handed pitcher from Triple-A Las Vegas and optioned infielder to Las Vegas ahead of Tuesday's game against the Pirates in New York.
Bautista joins the Mets for a third time this season after stints with them from April 17-21 and May 28-June 5. The 23-year-old made his Major League debut on April 17 vs. Washington. In five games for the Mets this season, Bautista is 0-1 with a 12.46 ERA in 4 1/3 innings.
