My Chemical Romance is coming to Citi Field! This show will be the first stop in the United States after visiting stadiums in South America, Southeast Asia, Mexico, and Europe.
Following the era-defining accomplishment of their Long Live: The Black Parade tour, My Chemical Romance has announced 17 new live dates in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their landmark third studio album. The Black Parade 2026 will visit stadiums across the world next year, including a stop at Citi Field in New York, NY, on August 9, 2026. My Chemical Romance will be joined by special guest Franz Ferdinand for the Citi Field show.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Subway
- Via 7 Train: Direct service to Citi Field via the Mets-Willets Point Station, with stops throughout Manhattan and Queens including Hudson Yards, Times Square, 5th Avenue, and Grand Central Station.
- Via E, F, M or R Trains: Connections to the 7 can be made at the 74 Street-Broadway / Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue stop.
- Via N or W Trains: Transfer to the 7 at Queensboro Plaza.
- Via G Train: Crosstown service to/from Brooklyn, transfer to the 7 at Court Square.
LIRR: Direct LIRR service to Citi Field is available at the Mets-Willets Point Station, located a short walk across the boardwalk from the stadium towards Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Mets-Willets Point is located on the Port Washington Branch, which provides regular service from Penn Station, Grand Central Madison, Woodside, and Long Island towns east of the stadium to Port Washington. LIRR provides extra trains after games depending on demand, primarily to Penn Station via Woodside, with occasional extras to Grand Central, Port Washington or other locations.

Parking Lots
- Below is a map indicating parking lots for Citi Field and surrounding areas. There are two parking areas within the fence line of Citi Field – Citi Field Main Parking Lots and Lot G. Additionally, there are three parking lots outside the fence line of Citi Field to accommodate general guest parking. These lots are designated as follows:
- Southfield/Commuter Lot – Accommodates commuter parking as well as general guest parking for games/events at Citi Field.

Accessible Parking: Citi Field’s accessible parking spaces are designated exclusively for guests and employees with disabilities. They are available to a guest or employee displaying a valid parking permit for persons with disabilities along with a parking purchase or parking pass for the day’s events. Guests displaying a valid parking permit for persons with disabilities are only entitled to access these parking spaces in the lots corresponding with their parking purchase or parking pass access.
Bus Parking: Located north of Citi Field on the west side of the Shea Road intersection, this lot is commonly referred to as “Pork Chop Hill."
Access-A-Ride: The drop-off and pick-up location for all Guests using the Access-A-Ride service is the Bullpen Gate on Seaver Way. During certain events when the NYPD requires street and curb restrictions along Seaver Way, it may be necessary for Access-a-Ride vans to pick-up and drop-off on Roosevelt Ave underneath the 7-train station. Please consult with your Access-a-Ride contact at the MTA for more information on those dates and/or visit new.mta.info/accessibility/access-a-ride.
Tailgating: Tailgating in any form is not permitted in Lot G/Official Lot or Orange Reserved. Catering vehicles or equipment, ticketed or pre-sold tailgates or any other organized tailgates are not permitted in the campus lot, Bus Lot or Southfield Lot. Small personal gatherings in other lots is permitted only under the following conditions:
- Vehicle must be parked within one parking space boundary. ONLY allowed in front or behind a parked vehicle, but never in a parking space.
- No holding or saving spaces for other guests is permitted at any time. All parties must arrive together to get consecutive spaces.
- Tents, inclusive of tent poles, coolers, tables and grills must fit within one parking space boundary.
- Groups may only combine use of parking spaces equal to the number of vehicles in the party and all vehicles must be in consecutive spaces.
- Tailgates in front or behind vehicles must always yield to traffic flow.
- No open flames of any type are allowed.
- Consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
- Inappropriate or dangerous behavior is not allowed.
- For security reasons, no trash bins are located in Citi Field parking lots. Guests should bag trash for pickup after the event.
- Catering vehicles or grills, pre-sold tailgates or any other organized tailgates are not permitted
- Failure to comply with ANY of the above conditions may result in a written summons by NYPD and/or removal from the parking lots.

RIDESHARE
The ride share pick-up location is now located in the Stadium View East parking lot underneath the highway just north of the Shea Road and Boat Basin Place intersection. Guests should exit Citi Field on the third base side of the stadium via the Left Field Gate, Stengel or Seaver VIP gates, or main exit at the Rotunda, and follow directions in their rideshare app for pick-up location.

Stadium Entry

GATE ENTRY
- Concert gate opening times vary. Please refer to each concerts page for exact gate times (Mets.com/Events).
- To expedite the entry process, please have your ticket ready to scan as you approach the appropriate gate.
- Ticket holders with Floor Level tickets must enter via the Bullpen Gate located at 41 Seaver Way. Entry at other gates will be denied.
- Ticket holders with seats anywhere else in Citi Field should enter via the gate listed on the ticket. Entry at the Bullpen Gate is restricted to Floor Level tickets only.
- Guests that exit the ballpark will not be allowed to re-enter.

GATE ENTRY – FLOOR TICKETS
- Ticket holders with Floor Level tickets must enter via the Bullpen Gate located at 41 Seaver Way. Entry at other gates will be denied.
- For concerts with a GA PIT, there will be two queues outside of the Bullpen Gate. One queue will be for Seated Floor ticket holders and the second queue will be for GA PIT Ticket holders. Please see the map for further clarification.

BAG POLICY
- Backpacks are prohibited inside Citi Field.
- All purses, diaper bags that are not backpack-style, tote, drawstring, and messenger style bags along with small soft-sided coolers that do not exceed 16"x16"x8" are still permitted.
- Totally clear backpacks with no obscured interior pockets will also be permitted.

SECURITY RESTRICTIONS
In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, the following security procedures are in place for this season:
- It is illegal to consume alcoholic beverages on the sidewalks or in the parking lots surrounding the ballpark. Anyone doing so is subject to a summons.
- Backpacks are not permitted at Citi Field, however other bags such as purses, diaper bags that are not backpack style, tote, drawstring, fully clear backpack style bags with no obscured inner pockets and messenger style bags along with small soft-sided coolers are still permitted. Exceptions to this policy can be made for bags used for ADA/medical reasons by the Security Supervisor at each entry gate. All bags and hand-carried items are searched prior to entry. Items can be no larger than 16”x16”x8”. There are no bag check facilities inside Citi Field.
- Glass bottles, all metal cans and containers, and hard-sided coolers are not permitted in Citi Field. Exceptions include empty, reusable metal water bottles and hollow can coolers. Guests may bring one factory-sealed plastic water bottle of 20 ounces or less and one sealed, soft-sided child’s juice box per child.
- Note: Water bottles and juice boxes may not be frozen.
- Alcoholic beverages and controlled or illegal substances may not be brought into Citi Field.
- Other prohibited items include, but are not limited to: commercial audio/visual equipment, laser pointers, noisemaking devices, fireworks, animals (except for service animals), pepper spray/mace, lighters, and weapons.
- Citi Field staff reserve the right to deny entry for fans who are visibly intoxicated or otherwise disorderly. Disorderly fans inside Citi Field are subject to ejection by Citi Field management and arrest by the NYPD.
- Fans interfering with play in any manner, including the throwing of objects onto the field or entering the field, are subject to ejection and arrest.
- Fans using foul or abusive language are subject to ejection.
- Fans are not permitted to enter or remain in Citi Field wearing verbally provocative or inflammatory clothing and are subject to ejection. Prior to action being taken in the aforementioned circumstance, Citi Field security leadership will be consulted.
- Drones are not permitted inside the ballpark or parking lots at any time.
- Citi Field reserves the right to determine what items are deemed appropriate for entry.
Venue Experience
Please be prepared for crowded concourses and potentially long lines at concession stands and merchandise outlets. Lawn chairs or blankets/towels are not permitted to be placed on the floor.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES – Citi Field offers several accommodations for our guests with disabilities, including seating, wheelchair entry, drinking fountains, elevators, the left field ramp, various listening, transmitting and noise cancelling devices, parking, restrooms, closed captioning and wheelchair requests. ADULT CHANGING TABLES – Adult Changing Tables are available in the Family Restrooms located behind Sections 312 and 420.
BANNERS – The New York Mets allow banners, signs and flags (without flag poles or any other solid supporting structure) to be displayed in the stadium as long as they do not obstruct views of other guests and do not block other signage in Citi Field. Signs should not interfere with the game, your fellow guests’ enjoyment of the game, or carry disparaging, commercial, political or obscene messages. Signs must be baseball-related and may not contain language deemed inappropriate by Citi Field management. They may only be displayed between innings as well as before and after the conclusion of the game. Banners and signs must utilize only cloth, paper or other light, flexible materials, rather than be comprised of or supported by wood, metal or other hard materials that could be dangerous in a crowded public setting. Any banner or sign may be removed at the sole discretion of Citi Field management and Citi Field management reserves the right to restrict the presence of signs and banners in specific ballpark locations.
CASHLESS FACILITY – Citi Field a cashless facility. Cash will not be accepted at parking lots, ticket windows, concession stands or retail stores. For guests who only have cash as a form of payment, there are “reverse ATMs” at various locations around the ballpark.
CELL PHONE CHARGING – There are charging tables installed on the Clover Level (inside the Clover Homeplate Club near the Jackie Robinson Rotunda escalators) for guests with access. Additionally, there are charging tables on the Field Level behind Sections 101 and 128 and Excelsior Level by Sections 311 and 327.
CHILDREN’S TICKETS – All persons entering the ballpark who are 32” or taller require a ticket. Children under 32” tall do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent’s lap during the game without obstructing the view of other guests. A seat will not be provided without a ticket.
EXIT & RE-ENTRY – Guests that exit the ballpark will not be allowed to re-enter. Guests leaving the ballpark for exceptional circumstances may be permitted to re-enter, provided they have received approval from a Security or Guest Service Supervisor at the respective gate before exiting.
FAMILY RESTROOMS – The fifteen (15) Family Restrooms may be found at:
- Clover/Fiserv Level: Clover Homeplate Club (2) at opposite ends of the club
- Field Level: Sections 111, 114, 121, 124 and 130
- Empire Suite Level: Across from Suites 204 and 240
- Excelsior Level: Sections 312, 326 and 339
- Promenade Level: Sections 409, 420 and 430
Note: Baby changing tables are available in all concourse restrooms.
FAN ASSISTANCE NUMBER – (646) 438-5000
Guests experiencing an issue that is not related to the action on the playing field (i.e. broken seats, unruly fans, hazardous concourse conditions) should alert Ballpark Operations by calling or texting the Fan Assistance Number. The Fan Assistance Number is monitored on a real-time basis in the Command Post and is operational from the time gates open to the time gates close.
GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT – We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment. Please adhere to the following policies:
- Language: Refrain from using foul, abusive, or derogatory language and obscene gestures.
- Intervention: Any intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled promptly and safely.
- Dress: Obscene or indecent clothing is not permitted.
- Seating: Present your ticket upon request and sit only in your assigned seat. Keep your ticket with you at all times (e-ticket on cellphone) with you at all times.
- Conduct: Maintain behavior appropriate for a public, family setting and avoid disrupting the game or allowing unauthorized persons on the playing field.
- Smoking: Smoking and the use of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, are prohibited at Citi Field. Violators may be ejected and could lose ticket privileges.
- Biometric Data Disclosure: Citi Field collects, retains, converts, stores, and shares customers' biometric identifier information (e.g., facial scans, eye scans, and voiceprints).
- For issues not related to on-field actions, please call or text the Fan Assistance Hotline at (646) 438-5000 or notify the nearest Citi Field personnel.
LOST AND FOUND – The Citi Field Lost and Found Office is located in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda next to the Ticket Office lobby. A guest can fill out an online claim form via mets.com/lostandfound to inquire about a lost item.
NURSING STATION – A pod is available for nursing mothers on the Empire Suite Level, across from Suite 213. Access to this level is restricted to those whose ticket grants them access. If your ticket does not grant you access, please stop by any Fan Assistance location to obtain an all-day pass that will grant you access to this level and allow you use of the Nursing Station.
QUIET AREAS – Guests needing the use of a quiet area can utilize the Hodges (first base), Seaver (third base), or Stengel (left field) elevator lobbies on the Plaza Level (Level 1). First Aid stations may also be available.
SENSORY INCLUSION – Partnering with Kulture City, Citi Field is striving to make all events more inclusive and comfortable for guests with sensory processing needs. The following
sensory resources are available at no charge at the Lost and Found located in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda for use during events:
- Light Sensitivity Sunglasses
- Noise Reducing Headphones
- Sensory Bags
- Weighted Lap Pads
A valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification, such as a valid driver’s license or non-driver government-issued photo ID card, is required as a deposit. Additionally, Citi Field team members are trained to recognize opportunities to assist with these guests’ enjoyment of the game.
SENSORY NOOK – A Sensory Nook is located on the Empire Suite Level across from Suite 229. This space is available to fans looking for a quiet area during a concert. Access to this level is restricted to those whose ticket grants them access. If you’re ticket does not grant you access, please stop by any Fan Assistance location to obtain an all-day pass that will grant you access to this level and allow you use of the Sensory Nook.
SERVICE ANIMALS – A service animal is a working animal, not a pet. Service animals are permitted at Citi Field. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises. Guests are directed to see a supervisor at the Hodges VIP entrance for directions on where to go for the Service Animal relief area.
SMOKING – Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and vaping pens, is prohibited in Citi Field. There are no designated smoking areas, and re-entry is prohibited. Violators are subject to immediate ejection without refund and may face possible revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges.
WILLETS POINT BREWERY – Formerly EBBS, Willets Point Brewery is located on Seaver Way adjacent to the Right Field Gate. While this space is attached to the ballpark it can only be accessed by fully exiting the ballpark. If guests want to enter this space, they should be aware that there is a no re-entry policy to our ballpark. Operating hours on show day vary.
